Hot or cold compression wrap, even fits large, larger size ankles!
This is a very versatile wrap for ankle pain. I ordered it for its ability to be frozen and wrapped around the ankle but this wrap also has a hot application that can be used in the microwave to heat up the gel substance. Â When using as a cold application, the wrap is extremely comfortable. It is made of very soft material on the outside, which allows the Velcro to adhere firmly. The inside is also also made of some sort of heavier almost vinyl looking material, but it is very soft as well and comfortable against the skin. I have a larger ankle, but this wrap is fully customizable, and it fits my ankle perfectly. The Velcro holds firmly and securely, and if needed, it supplies compression by tightening the Velcro. This product is useful for so many things. It can be used for new injuries as well as chronic pain such as with plantar fasciitis. Â You can also use this wrap on other smaller body parts, such as higher up on the calf, the wrist or forearm, according to manufacture suggestions. Â This product really does help with my ankle pain and is so easy to use.Size:I like the customizable size of this brace. I have a larger ankle so I was concerned that it wouldnât wrap around comfortably for me, but the product is plenty large enough for a range of sizes.Durability:This product is made of what appears to be very durable material but extremely functional. I like the soft touch of the outside of the brace and also the smoother surface inside that you place against the skin. It is very comfortable and soothing to wear.

Got these because I wasn’t sure the severity of my ankle injuries after a two day music festival, lol. Fits around the ankle and ball of foot perfectly. Perfect amount of pressure to ease the pain and easy to put on. These ankle ice packs really saved the day! Works well and stays icy cold for a long time in between breaks from the ice. The material of these are very durable and will probably last me a very long time!! Highly recommend.

Brrrâ¦. My frozen foot.
While going down the rabbit hole on Amazon, I stumbled across this. It was something different and I thought it could help with foot and ankle pain. It was on sale for Prime Day, so I decided to take the bait.It arrive neatly in a box, I immediately threw one of the 2 packets in the freezer and let it sit there for a couple of hours. After a nice hot shower I decided to try it out, and well itâs not too bad!I do realize in the picture it isnât wrapped âcorrectlyâ, instead it is wrapped in such a way that my foot is comfortable while being iced. Like others stated, I do wish the soft part was the side that was against the skin, but it is not. The soft part would help protect the skin from the extreme cold, while providing adequate icing.I would definitely recommend this for someone with plantar fasciitis or an ankle issue/injury. It is easy to wrap and it gets the job done!

Clever product. It’s not as thick as some gel packs, but gets plenty cold. My only complaint is that my pain is right on the back of my heel, which is not covered by these. I put them on sideways, with the velcro straps going around my ankle. That leaves a strip of gel running right down the back of my ankle and wrapping under my foot, which is perfect, except it flops around. I use some velcro cable ties to secure it to my foot. The whole thing is covered in velcro loops, so if you have a velcro hook strap, you can customize it any way you want, tho it’s a bit of a hassle.

I thought the cold packs would slip into sleeves inside the ankletâ¦not. Alsoâ¦.item is shipped USPS, not Amazon, Fed Ex or UPS. If you have a PO Box it is shipped b@ck to vendor!

Good ice pack with straps.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I like the fit directly to the ankle. This fits snugly and puts the cold right where is needed in my situation. Compared to conventional flat ice packs this is nice because your not stuck in one spot while using. Â

Great for planters fasciitis
Nice convenient ice pac for planters fasciitis. Nice small size to store folds up so it won’t take up a lot of freezer room. A word of caution follow the company’s picture on the Amazon site for putting it on for fasciitis rather than the video where the lady puts it on. You need the frozen part on the bottom and insole of your foot not on top of your ankle to get relief

This wrap works!
After I figured out how to use this wrap, it has been wonderful. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and have pain in my heel. Icing it has been a pain in the past but this wrap is perfect. It allows me to still be mobile without re-wrapping it each time. The trick is to have a sock on under the wrap as it gets too cold to begin with. Would definitely buy again.
