    Fantastic Earbuds!
Very nice and high quality feeling earbuds! They feel very nice, they are light, they connect easily, and they sound really good. The in app EQ helps adjust it to your personal liking as well.Sound quality is definitely quite good, low end is good, high ends as well.Decent passive noise cancelation from the hollow ear tips it comes with.Active noise canceling on the other hand is laughable. It does actually rather well at removing LOW frequency noise however wind noise or anything in the mid to high range it does almost nothing to. If active noise cancelation is at the top of your list these are NOT the earbuds for you.Pass through works pretty well, and sounds decently good actually. These are definitely oriented towards audio quality and fit rather than having the best ANC. I still find I can go on bike ride with them and the wind not be too much of an issue. I usually keep ANC and Passthrough OFF however for that since the passive noise dampening works decently well.Get Memory foam tips for really good passive noise dampening if needed.Fit is good though, can be worn for hours without it hurting your ears.Just a FYI: IF you have a earbud stop working or the ANC or passthrough doesn’t work on one of the earbuds after taking it out of the case usually taking it out of your ear for 5 seconds then putting it back in fixes it. Only a minor quirk if you take the earbuds out of the case really quickly and don’t give them time to boot up. If issues persist put them back in the case for a minute then remove. This has fixed any nuance issues I’ve had with them.Last thing, one issue I have noticed is that while no music is playing or right after a track stops you may notice a higher pitched noise in one or both of the earbuds, it’s very faint but in quiet environments you can hear it. It’s NOT an issue when listening to audio however even at the lowest volume. It does appear to be another quirk of these buds. Though not everyone experiences this.I don’t find any of those things mentioned to be issues however as they do not interrupt functionality or cause further problems or disturbance. Merely quirks. Going on a few months with no issues. I will say as with any wireless earbud, don’t get them in water or drop them very often if you want it to last a while and have no issues. Every wireless earbud brand seems to have problems however it tends to be from neglect or mishandling. Take care of them and they should last quite a while.Overall 9/10, good Quality Earbuds!

If you love music, you’ll love these
Bought these and the az100s to A/B. Mainly for use at home, and the occasional trip. When the az100s first arrived, I could barely tell them apart from my old Galaxy buds 2, even with LDAC enabled. To their credit, they were more comfortable/minimal and the software had all the features, despite how bad the UI was. People say you can EQ them, but that’s a rabbit hole I’d rather avoid. But when I got the pi8’s, I was blown away by the power and soundstage. Yes, they are much louder so I accounted for it by matching the volume to the az100s. The differences are minimal when listening to pop (by design?), but for classical and instrument heavy music the pi8’s are a tier above. Everything is just much more present in the pi8, whereas the az100 and buds 2 sounded tinny and almost compressed. They’re also super comfortable (despite the bulky look in the marketing) and I was able to rest the side of my head on a pillow with them on no issues. And the aptx worked straight out the box with my Galaxy fold 6 (verified in dev settings). Most importantly, they have GREEN!Sure, the pi8 seems to have worse battery, worse ANC, worse software. But at their discounted price, they are a great value if you want quality. I plan to use them for 95% listening to music at home, so the cons were not an issue for me. Plus these don’t have the annoying knock-off sounding voice that the az100 has telling you your buds have connected, etc.

Defective set and terrible service from Bowers & Wilkins
Can’t begin to describe how disappointed I am. I had wanted a pair of Bowers & Wilkins for years and I finally pulled the trigger. I can’t deny that they sound great, but that’s where it ends. Noise cancelling is sub par, connectivity is inconsistent at best and they’re basically unusable for phone calls. Four months in, the left earbud started emitting a loud, high pitch squeal randomly when I put it in my ear. Everything got gradually worse until the squeal got loud enough to feel dangerous and the left sound went almost completely out as if it had blown. I reached out to Bowers & Wilkins and got very little help aside from them admitting that it was a known issue and that I would have to ship it to them at my own expense for them to confirm what they were already telling me was unrepairable. They then gave me the runaround on replacement until Amazon finally resolved the issue themselves. Abysmal customer service from what is supposed to be a high end company. I really wanted to like these, and I would have happily taken a replacement and chalked it up to a defective unit, but the problems and the service make it to where I can’t recommend these to anyone.

Great Sound and Case….Everything Else, Meh.
Having tried several high end earbuds, I can honestly say that these are the best sounding earbuds I have ever used. the sound is rich, deep, clear and loud. For comfort, I would rate these as on par with the wf-1000xm5, Quietcomfort QC and AZ100. That is to say comfortable, but you never forget you’re wearing them. One huge advantage is the retransmission case. Plug the included 3.5mm to USB cable into a device with a 3.5mm port and you are connected to your earbuds. This means you can listen to music on your earbuds using any device that has a 3.5mm port. THis is especially useful on flights. Where these earbuds fall short is, well, everything but sound and the case. The app is okay, but often can’t find the earbuds, the controls are limited and the ANC is not impressive. Also, there is no spacial sound support which I use on other earbuds to add depth. Overall, there are other earbuds that offer everything these do (including the retransmission case) that have more options for less money and with a bit of EQ adjustment can sound nearly as good as the Pi8s.

I’m not an audiophile, but I really wanted something to enhance my experience when listening to music or watching movies. The sound is very detailed without being harsh. It’s easy to listen to music for extended periods without getting fatigued. I was also very surprised by their comfort; they’re more comfortable than traditional earbuds. Occasionally, one earbud doesn’t connect automatically to my phone, but I suppose that’s to be expected sometimes.

I came from the bowers and Wilkins PI7 and PI7S2.Had reservations about the PI8 but after a week of listening and adjusting the EQ I can say the sound is without a doubt a big step up. Sound stage is bigger and clarity is top notch even coming from the PI7S2.My one complaint is that the noise cancellation is not great. It seems the seal is not quite as good as the PI7. But as usual BW goes all in on the sound quality. Still, worthwhile purchase!

Dejo de funcionar el audicular derecho y la ventana de devolución se cerro y su soporte es peor que pesimo. Demasiado caro para lo que duro….para nada que lo recomiendo. Me siento robado.
