Great scooter with solid performance, comfort, and quality
Iâve been using this Gotrax electric scooter for about a week now, mostly for recreational rides and a quick trip to a local store. So far, Iâm really impressed.The ride quality is super smoothâthe 10″ solid tires handle bumps and dips really well, and the suspension gives it a solid, stable feel even over grass (my niece took it for a spin across the lawn, and it didnât miss a beat). The build quality is excellentâyou can tell itâs made to last, though it is on the heavier side, which actually adds to that feeling of durability.As for performance, itâs handled inclines with no issue and gets up to speed quickly. Iâve hit around 18 mph, and it still had more to give. Iâve gone about 14 miles so far and still had 65% battery left, which is awesome for peace of mind on longer rides. No noticeable drop in battery performance so far either.The electric lock is a nice touch for security, though unlocking it every time can be a little tediousâespecially with the default code setup that requires spinning through all the digits. That said, I plan to change it to something easier for convenience.My only real wishlist item would be a mobile appâsomething to track mileage, battery levels, or ride history would be a great addition. But thatâs definitely not a deal-breaker.All in all, this scooter has exceeded my expectations. Itâs powerful, well-built, and smooth to ride. Iâd absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and fun way to get around.

A great scooter and fun to drive
I purchased the Gotrax electric scooter to help with short errands and daily commuting and it has honestly exceeded my expectations. Setup was super easy just a few screws and a plug, and it was ready to ride in minutes. Itâs lightweight enough (around 30â32 lbs) to carry up stairs or stow in a car, making it very convenient for apartment living or mixed commuting.The ride quality is smoother than expected thanks to either air-filled or solid honeycomb tires, depending on the model. Iâve ridden comfortably over cracked sidewalks and mild bumps with no issues. Speeds are decent I’ve comfortably hit 15â18 mph on flat grounds and the cruise control feature is a nice bonus for longer stretches. Battery life holds up well for neighborhood use. I get about 8â12 miles on a charge depending on how hilly the route is. overall, this is a great scooter and very fun to drive.

Price, Quality, Ease of Use and Distance
I had been contemplating buying an electric scooter for a while after trying the Lime electric scooter in Downtown. I was tired to paying for Uber in downtown for short distances and wasting my time waiting in traffic. I did my research and for the price, quality and sturdiness, I decided on the GoTrax G4. I did most of my research looking at videos on YouTube.I received the product about five days after I placed the order. It was packaged well and installation was a breeze. I think it took me longer to carry the box from my door to my living room than to install the scooter. It had four screws and that was it.Before using it, I charged the scooter and in a couple of hours it was fully charged.I have ridden it about five times and quite impressed so far. I have only used L1 (10 mph) as I am still getting used to it. Navigating the controls was not too hard but you will have to get used to it. The headlight is quite bright and a plus.The mileage is decent but I have always ensured that my scooter is fully charged prior to use. The frame itself is not very heavy but quite sturdy. The âfoot rest platformâ is well cushioned and had enough space for large adult size feet.What clinched the deal for me was the security lock as I didnât want it to be stolen. I will keep updating my reviews as I use the scooter.Word of advise: Always always wear a helmet.

I would have given 5 if it came with solid tires.It is an extra cost to add but once the solid tires are set, this machine is great and solid!Original tires are terrible and will flat out after few bumps or holes. Invest in solid tires.
