Bought a refurbished HP, (and in the past, hve not had a lot of luck with HP). This has been a really great buy. Win 11 on it and it has bee running now a few months. Only complaint is that it has only 64gb of eMMC flash. With Win 11 on it, there is only 4 or 5 gb free. It’s good for wife’s usage on the net and with Office in the cloud it works out great.

God awful
The laptop claims to have 64 gb of storage but not only is this false, it has 57, it also fails to mention most of that is already taken up by the necessary files the computer comes with. I’ve never had a computer this terrible in my life. Terrible value, do not buy

Computer works like an older machine and the amount of storage on the hard drive is too small
During normal use This computer is slow to respond.The computer has a small hard drive
