Faulty Item – Stopped Functioning
I am very disappointed because I had high hopes with this product. So much so that I recommended to teachers on my team as the first week it functioned well. After the first 2 weeks, my Mira Screen stopped connecting or would only periodically connect. It constantly cuts out and disconnects randomly. It does not have to do with my school’s Wifi or my phone connectivity, it simply stopped working even with restarting. I am disappointed as the product is not even available for a replacement despite it being faulty.

High quality image
Easy setup and tv image is almost full screen with a vertical image. If you turn your phone 90 degrees to horizontal the display is full screen. Very sharp image 1080. If watching slides or movie you can use your phone for different functions while you continue to watch the show. And you don’t have to purchase an app.

PRO-easy to setup I used it with android phone-finally an actual manual that folds out to full page with images – 5stars for that-picture quality is almost identical to what’s on the phone without any adjustments. some mirror cast the pic is dull and antique looking causing you to fiddle with your tv settings this is close so close almost couldn’t tell difference (I tried another brand same day & picked this one because pic quality was better)~I am using it on a roku tv in office because I don;t want to sign up for roku service and just use tv apps from phoneCON-price-you may need an usb charger/adapter which will plug into a socket or extension – for this purpose wish the cord was longer. but if you have a long extension or surge protector you can may it work

Doesn’t support connecting to client isolating wifi networks (IE probably the one at your work)
I can’t say anything about the picture quality or reliability as I figured out pretty quickly it would not connect to the wifi I needed it to. I am a teacher and wanted to use this to mirror my ipad to the projector. But the connection to wifi only allows you to enter a password, where I needed to enter both a username and password ( I just learned this is called client isolation on a network.).This means if you normally need a username AND a password to log in to the wifi, this will not work for you!

Not 4k. Video lags, audio lags
Not 4k. Video lags and is jumpy. I originally bought it to stream videos to watch on my big TV from the phone such as Hulu, Netflix etc. But the quality is very poor, its jumpy and most times lags so much I can’t watch any videos. The audio jumps as well and it doesn’t match the words due to the lag. When mirrored to a Samsung TV the difference is extremely apparent. I needed this for a non Samsung tv but it just doesn’t work well enough. I will be returning this item and purchasing a better quality unit.
