Iâve only had this chair for about 10 days, but I really love it. Itâs big, it comfortable and itâs visually appealing. I work from home 8 hours a day and canât tell you home much this chair has helped my back and hips. My one issue is the foot rest. I could never get it to install correctly, but honestly, it kind of cheapens the piece so Iâm not mad about it. Hopefully this lasts!

This is a very nice chair except it has a slash/or tear in the back of it! This chair was bought for my wifeâs birthday, and we discovered the slash in the back of it out the box.

Sturdy, Comfy, Good Quality
This is a very comfy chair. I wish I could bring the back up a bit more, but it’s still comfy. The leather is good quality. I use it as a craft chair, not for business or an office, so I can’t speak to that. It wasn’t too hard to assemble, but not super easy either. Everything needed for assembly is in the box. It’s heavy, so we brought it from the first floor to the second and assembled it there, since that’s where it stays. It rolls easily, even over carpet. It’s a good sturfy chair for people of size.I recommend it.

My chair arrived and unfortunately it was faulty. The backrest and one of the arms leaned to the side. The chair took a little while to get to me but I’m positive FedEx is to blame for that but rather than processing a return/exchange I decided to email the seller to see if they had a fix for this issue. They emailed me back within the same day and asked for some pictures of the issue. After they looked over the pictures they checked their warehouse for replacement parts but found that they were out of stock so they provided me with a free return shipping label and asked if I could sent it back for a full refund even after the return window expired. The person I was emailing with was very friendly, patient and helpful.The short time I used the chair I found it to be comfortable even with it leaning to one side. It’s fake leather of course but it was very soft and it felt like it had a good amount of cushion. I was able to sit in it for quite a while without feeling uncomfortable or sore.
