From start to finish, this chair exceeded expectations in both design and functionality. The assembly process was well thought out, with clearly marked tools and components, as well as detailed instructions that included helpful illustrations. Every aspect of the packaging and assembly experience reflected a commitment to qualityâdown to the inclusion of a set of white gloves for handling the materials with care.Assembly was straightforward and efficient. I completed the process in approximately 20 minutes on my own, with the exception of the final step: attaching the chair to its base. Given the weight of the chair, this step required two people, but it was easily managed with one person guiding and another lifting.The finished product is both beautiful and exceptionally comfortable, offering a level of quality rarely found at this price point. While some reviews have mentioned that the armrests sit slightly higher than expected, I found this to be a minor consideration, especially since they conveniently fold back when needed.Overall, this purchase exceeded my expectations in terms of value, design, and comfort. For under $120, it delivers an experience that rivals more expensive options, making it an outstanding choice for anyone seeking a well-crafted, stylish, and ergonomic seating solution. Very good quality and comfortable.
Ive only had it for 2 days but already it seems a great quality item, from the thoughtful packaging, to the clear instructions and they even supplied some cloth gloves to assemble the chair with! Overall a beautiful and comfortable chair. Highly recommend it!Â

This chair is very comfortable. I would have given 5 stars but at 5 feet 9 I think it is a little tall for me. I am keeping it but would recommend that your height is at least 6 feet for this chair.

The armrests though…
The chair is overall comfortable. I work from home, so I spend 40-60 hours a week sitting at my desk. My chief complaint is that the arm rests are too high. I find that I have to tilt them out of the way because my arms are at an uncomfortable position, which has caused pain in my elbows, wrists, and shoulders. I’m beyond the return window, or I would definitely exchange for a chair with lower arm rests.

This chair is not worth your hassle
First off out of the box, I was instantly taken aback by how much differently it appears in the product picture online versus seeing it in person. Secondly, even though we assembled it correctly, it has a slight wobble. These are subtle, but they make the chair incredibly uncomfortable after a couple of hours sat. Fast forward to a couple of weeks later–and the back rest started popping out because it isn’t made with very durable materials. It’s like the screws weren’t truly fitting inside their grooves properly and securely. Since I hadn’t even owned it a whole month, this was a quick return back to the warehouse for a refund.I don’t recommend this chair at all.1 Star
