Great Value
Mine arrived well packaged and in good condition. For a business grade laptop this is a great value. loaded with features. I plan to use for Linux and other projects. Yes, it has some minor scuffs and scratches, but it open and closes fine, backlight and keyboard works well, and suprisingly the screen is in almost perfect condition. I couldnt ask for more at this price.

Great value laptop for the money. This refurbished computer out performs my expectations. Came with windows 10. After setup was completed windows prompted an update to windows 11. Outlook easily setup my email.

Not as good as listed in the post, priced more than its worth
I wanted to say âyou get what you payâ but in this case its not true. The seller posted that itâs refurbished and good condition looks like new, but they actually put a wallpaper/sticker on the top lid where the dell is written and the keyboard area, to hide the scratches/scuffs. The LCD seems to be repaired. As the bottom side of the screen is lose and bottom latch not closed so when you open close the lid the inside of the bottom part of the lcd panel is visible.

One star for the condition of laptop
First: Amazon Logistics, your delivery service blows! This laptop was delivered three blocks away nowhere near me. And it’s not the first time this has happened.Anyway, onto the actual laptopThe shipping box and box laptop came in were undamaged and thankfully unopened! Upon opening, my expectations were not high, especially for the price point for this laptop. After pulling it out of it’s bubble wrapper I noticed a large discolored crease on the top lid, fingerprints all over the dell logo and a weird odor.Upon looking closer, i realized it was a “skin” vinyl wrap applied to the top lid, people only ever put those on to hide issues and this was no different, the top lid is scratched, not heavily but scratched and is visible.Around the bezel of the monitor the “dark gray” paint is chipping and coming off. Flipping the laptop over all but one screw holding the bottom case on are stripped.After removing the bottom case to upgrade the ram and nvme mine came with a 2280 size m2. sata 6gbps, these typically ship with a 2230 just incase anyone needed to know. Mine also came with a single 16GB stick of ram.Turning the laptop over and popping in a win 11 usb and booting win 11 worked fine. All went well until having to use the keyboard. The keys are hit and miss, some keys work, others don’t. The period key came completely detached when opening the lid luckily i had an extra switch and key to use otherwise this laptop would be shipped right back.The overall appearance is a dismal. I doubt anyone who’d receive this laptop without any tech skills would be absolutely furious of it’s condition. And i wouldn’t blame them! The quality of the laptop is NOT stated clearly. Per the description just above the reviews state you might get one in Excellent, Good Or Acceptable condition.The seller should NOT be this lazy, provide drop down options for customers to choose from.On to the specs, my model is an i5-1145G7 16GB ram 512 ssd. for the specs you can’t beat the price. As for the battery, it started out at 100% at the beginning of this review, at 120 WPM, battery is down to 8seven% had to type the number because the key doesn’t work.Unless you’re technical, willing to put a little work into it with a couple of new parts, should be fine. If you’re not too technical and want something to work right out of the box. Skip this laptop, it’s not worth the gamble!
