Bought the bike for my wife, thought she could handle a 24″ bike better, but after the second time trying to ride the bike it quit working. Contacted tech support and they resolve the problem. My wife loves the bike and going to take it on our second camping trip this coming week.Thanks for all the fun.

Customer service took care of my troubles
Previous issues were: Missing screws, nuts, and poorly Manufactured rims.However, Iâm updating my review to reflect the companyâs response. After reaching out, they promptly provided replacement screws, nuts, andâmost importantlyâa new rim that resolved the tube puncturing issue. Their customer service was responsive and took my concerns seriously, which I genuinely appreciate.While my initial experience was disappointing, Iâm glad to see the company stand behind their product and take corrective action. Iâll continue to monitor how the bike performs over time, but for now, Iâm satisfied with the resolution and their commitment to making things right.

It’s not as good as my 1st bike by another company
I purchased a 26 inch bike from another company and it was to big for me. I then purchased this one to replace it and I’m completely disappointed comparing it to the first bike. It’s not changing gears already and the chain is hitting the frame. I’m sooo disappointed!! I wish the other company had a 24inch….

Had some problems out of the packaging it was set on the wrong setting out of box but customer support was really helpful and responsive. The bike works perfectly now.
