there’s no option to make any adjustment to the preset effects in the mixer
It’s a kid toy. good for kids to play with. There’s no support for this device. it’s as is… the sounds effect are low barely can hear them, there’s no option to make any adjustment to those preset effects. Customer support doesn’t respond to email. once you purchase this item it’s as is. you on your own. amazon customer service can only help you by returning it

This took me an hour to troubleshoot. if you have a silicon chip, “SmartCard” may not let the mixer connect.
