Great computer for the cost!
Great computer! I brought this for my husband for his birthday. I bought from another seller before and had to return it as it did not work. So I chose this seller, it was not packaged well, it came only in the HP box with no other box to protect it, which would have been much better. But, thankfullu it was not damaged in transit and works great! It’s a little heavier than the lighter weight laptops. I would buy again if I need a laptop for myself.

I use this laptop for excel, word, internet, paying bills, budgeting, work spreadsheets, progress graphs, etc. The speed is wonderful and having several open windows is no problem. Read the directions well regarding the Microsoft office agreement, uploading or adding certain programs VOID the membership.

Replaced an older Lenovo with this HP and couldn’t be happier. While far from being “perfect”, it was a relatively easy set up, is fast and does all I could possibly ask of a laptop at this price. A great value and highly recommended. If the keyboard were brighter and more easily visible, I’d have added a fifth star!

So If You are anything like me, you are thinking, $384? How long will it last?? Will it show up and be a piece of crap? But….I was in serious need of a laptop for my job and I was not able to buy a really good one for a few months and that meant, being out of work for a few months so I took a chance in JANUARY 2024.And its been WONDERFUL.NO PROBLEMS AT ALL–It works like any other laptop, it arrived in excellent condition, all of the wires were in the box. The screen size is perfect. It updates when it needs to and I have had ZERO issues, in fact, a friend of mine just told me she needs a laptop and I thought, I wonder if they have any left?Here I am, seeing they have some left and knowing that I should buy one for her and maybe an extra one for me “Just in case” I am traveling this weekend for the first time with the laptop so….you never know what could happen.See, I am super paranoid about stuff and so knowing that about me and hearing how amazing this laptop has been should be a good reason for you to take a chance!
