MOES for life! Quit scrolling and buy nowâ
Iâve purchased several of these. Easy enough to install- just make sure (not speaking from experience or anything, ahem) you take a picture – actually several- of exiting wiring as itâs connected to existing plug. Learned to use a voltimeter so that was a plus!Also make sure your fan has separate wires for light and fan otherwise (as far as I can tell) this is a no goâ¦Looks very sharp- they also come in different colors. Will continue to purchase as I convert my home from dumb to smart.Easy to use with app- integrates with google home and Alexa though as far as I can tell the smart life or Moes app is best- really just depends on what the majority of your devices are in- either way- give it a whirl, youâll get the hang of it and there are plenty of resources o line to help.If you have super old junction boxes I recommend getting a new âold workâ boxâ¦(for you newbies like myselfâ¦yeahâ¦just ask/order OLD work box unless youâre putting in new construction.Easy to connect this to app of choice via Bluetooth or WiFi (I think they even make zigbee onesâ¦donât quote me), and dimming features/fan speed adjustment is super clutch. Who only wants 3 speeds on a fan?!Huge fan of MOES for making affordable and quality products!!!!!

Funciona perfectamente!
He cambiado todas las luces de mi casa por estos interruptores, para poder controlarlos con Alexa. TenÃa interruptores de tipo dimmer, 3 way, 4 way y normales. La sustitución ha sido muy fácil y la configuración de 3/4 way es facilÃsima, porque no requiere cables. El interruptor principal lleva el retorno y el resto no lo necesita, se conectan por software con el primero y funcionan perfectos. Incluso en mi caso el principal es dimmer y los secundarios no, y el dimeo lo hace el principal.Además es muy fácil de configurar por la app y la integración con Alexa funciona muy bien. Estoy encantada.Lo único que me costó fue elegir cuál comprar, porque pensaba que el normal y el 3way eran dispositivos distintos, pero no. Como se hace por software, no existe esa distinción.

Looked Good on Paper, but…
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I was excited about purchasing this smart switch for my ceiling fan after reading reviews. However, the switch does NOT have a green ground wire attached nor do the instructions mention the ground wire. Without a green ground wire this product is NOT safe and violates electric codes in many states in the U.S.Â

Works great, just one design flaw
Works rather well for its intended purpose, the app as well as the touch pad both work in a manner thatâs smooth and productive. The flaw lies in the wire connection slots, in my case I had two wires that needed to go into one slot. This required me to whittle down both wires just enough so they can both fit and not lose their integrity at the same time. This can be a hazard which I had to take extra precautions to insure no issues arise. In any case, Iâd say itâs a wonderful product despite its short comings.

Les comparto mi experiencia, el producto en si es bueno (a secas), trae las funciones que dice y es relativamente sencillo instalar, solo requieres como en la gran mayorÃa de este tipo de apagadores, un cable neutro, además de en este caso, los cables del motor y el foco.El problema que tuve es que mi ventilador es de 3 velocidades y al conectarlo con este controlador, aún cuando lo dejaba en máxima velocidad al ventilador, su motor sonaba muy fuerte debido al controlador.Tengo otro ventilador igual y otro controlador (de 3 velocidades, High, Medium & Slow) que funciona a la perfección, pero este en particular no, no es compatible. Solo dejo de hacer ruido cuando en el controlador deje la máxima velocidad y directamente en el ventilador le cambiaba la velocidad, asà que mejor lo devolvà y me puse a buscar uno igual al anterior que habÃa comprado.Espero les sea de utilidad.
