Original Microsoft Xbox Wireless Controller
After getting a controller that didn’t work with my Xbox X charging station, I decided to order this which is an original Xbox controller. It’s an all white color called Robot White, works with the charging battery that came with my controller and has a USB C connection for it. Not only does it function well with the Xbox X, but it also charges on the Xbox X charger that I have. Oddly that the description indicates it comes with a VGSION battery, which I thought might be a charging battery but it doesn’t come with that. Fortunately for me my charging station came with 2 charging batteries 😉

Does not come with the VGSION battery. Several buyers have reported the same problem.
DOES NOT COME WITH THE VGSION BATTERY AS ADVERTISED. Reading through the reviews I can see that other buyers had the exact same issue. Reported it to Amazon and they sent a replacement WHICH ALSO DID NOT HAVE THE BATTERY. I guess it’s cool to have two controllers for the price of one, but I still need to acquire a damn battery.The controller itself is outstanding, obviously. These things seem indestructible and last a long time.

This product description statesMicrosoft Xbox Series S or X Wireless Controller Robot White plus VGSION battery.It did not come with a rechargeable battery, just 2 regular ones. I did notice if you read down below it says it comes with VGSION easy open shipping package. Vgsion authorized only. Xbox does not make a “plus” version so the wording “plus” vgsion battery. Implies it comes with a battery. I was actually unable to find that brand of battery for a controller. But since it’s the same price as the controller and battery from Microsoft combined it was obviously expected to come with a rechargeable battery. This is a blatant play on words and I would refuse to buy ant product from a company that deploys a strategy such as this. Needless to say it is being returned.

Got as a gift for someone works great no problems with it
