As Advertised, Excellent Laptop!
Good condition, paint on power button was scratched off a bit but overall it is clean and working good so far. Took a bit of time to update and was getting firmware install error but after Windows updated to 24H2 the computer is running good. The touchscreen works, touchpad and keyboard all work and was able to find the manual on dells site using my desktop to read while it was setting up. Registered and the Windows Pro 24h2 is working just perfect.

Great – – No on line User Guide. Dell made the stupid decision to discontinue doing that. Cheap!!
Got excellent. Did not come in original box. Can’t find User Guide on ine. The forums said they quit doing that. WHAT? The last one I printed out was 144 pages. Are they thinking we know all that? Mine has lighted keyboard but it was HELL finding how to turn it on without User Guide. Also there is a small rubber button in the middle of the keyboard that with a stylus works as a mouse. Don’t get your hopes up. I use a mouse anyway. I wondered what the rubber button was till someone showed me. Again, no User Guide. I love the lighted keyboard. I made a good choice. Refurbished.
