Good to store games not to play them
If you’re looking for something to wear you can store games from your system and thinking you’re going to do that and be able to play those games think again. Do not purchase this if that’s what you’re looking to do because once you download the games you can’t play them you need to really really look into what you’re going to purchase. Not this company’s fault it came in great shape and I’m sure it works perfectly fine but it just wasn’t what we needed.

Off brand isnât made very well at all!
I was not pleased with this item in the least. I bought this originally for our Xbox One S console and I believed in what the description had said about it being compatible. It came in the mail one day and me and my husband were super excited and we immediately took it out and followed the instructions to set it up. Definitely not formatted correctly or compatible at all! Almost like it had delivered us with false advertising and/or a malfunctioned device. I just would rather have my money back because I spent a lot of precious money on something that wasnât even going to work. So crummy. ð±ð I wouldnât suggest off brand anything to anyone anymore after this raw experience. I needed the extra storage for my extremely full Xbox internal memory. I was running out of room badly and I was expecting, just like anyone would, for the device to work. I was seriously wrong!

Didn’t work for my Xbox Ones
This product is sold as “ready to go” “pre-formatted for Xbox. Didn’t work for my Xbox Ones. I tried in both. I kept receiving the error message in the picture, upon research the message was due to improper or unformatted storage. The instructions with the Avolusion M2 said if the Xbox couldn’t read the drive as game storage, initialize the drive using a windows 7 or 10 pc. For kicks I tried on my Win 7, didn’t work. Was able to reformat with Win 11. Afer that both Xboxes gave another error message stating the HDD was to slow and that a drive with 3.0 speed or higher was required. This was supposed to be 3.0 and capable. I was able to return this and get my money back next day, I then ordered the Seagate 2tb instead. Imagine that, overnight shipping and worked out of the box. Just spend more get the Seagate. This seemed like a pretty legit drive for traditional storage though, would probably give 5 stars in that department, zero stars for Xbox.
