Works great
I didnt need the laptop stand, so I can’t speak to that. But the rest of the unit seems sturdy. Included Packages, bags and Hardware clearly marked and instructions were clear. I had been looking for a while for a stand that stood taller than my 49 inch wide monitor (at least 17.5 in of a 27 monitor at its lowest point). I was pleasantly surprised by the clearance of this unit. I was able to set up both of my monitors exactly how I wanted. I hope it can withstand the test of time and only time will tell but, for now, it gets 5 stars. Price could be a bit better but, not a lot of options for my needs. Overall, I am happy with my purchase.

Great product but …
I was using this for a laptop (with doc) and two 23 inch monitors. Everything fit and held up just fine. The assembly instructions are very well put together they even include some extra parts if needed. The product does everything it says and deserves high marks (although I’m not really sure how to rate “sheerness” as it does not seem to apply to this type of hardware.The only problem for me is the height of my desk. The pictures look great, and the concept seems great, but for me once it was all assembled it just doesn’t fit my desk and space. I need to sit on a stool to keep from looking up so high all the time. Regrettably, I need to return the product and look for another option.

I present to you mega desk
2 screens are better than 1 and 3 screens are better than 2! I can now face forward on my teams calls and have more room on my desk. I was trying to walk before and my monitors were angled and throwing off my balance. Now I can work more effectively and walk and have camera straight center.Cons- the laptop isnât adjustable to push back! I want to try and find if they sell a shorter arm. If my desk was deeper this wouldnât be such a problem.The installation was a whole thing. Took a few hours. The arms on the side monitors were tricky to push down and loosen the tension- why do they start soooo tense?!?! Pushing down with force, on a step ladder, while trying to unscrew this tightness was not ideal.I do like the spring loaded side arms- if someone in living room talks to me, I can raise a monitor to talk then lower back down easily.Another pro Iâd like to mention is the quality. Very strong. Iâm not worried about the thing falling and I have a very thin desk top (under 1 inch).

quick setup and very sturdy
Excuse the mess, wanted to get to work setting this up! Bought two used monitors and some VESA adapters and went to work setting up my wfh station.The pieces were clearly labeled and this was such a smooth build, definitely not like assembling something from IKEA!I opted for the clamp vs drilling a hole through the desk and the clamp is very sturdy. Iâm not worried about anything going anywhere.The gas arms work like a charm and move the 27â monitors with no trouble.The laptop tray, though not mandatory, keeps the desk space open and is helpful for Zoom meetings.The built in cable management system is really useful!Once I finish clearing up the space Iâll be set!

Right and left wonderful, laptop poor
I really like the assembly of the unit. The Right and Left monitor arms are steady. The use of Allen wrench as a means to tighten and loosen traction seems cumbersome, knobs would be better.Having a solid, non retractable arm for the laptop platform is just wrong. It forces the user to be at a specific distance and not ideal. I replaced the platform arm from another unit.

I have had this mount for 4 years now, and it is the best mount I have ever owned. One of the sturdiest mounts I have used. Laptop mount has great airflow and can be adjusted in all directions, including tilt. the monitor mounts can be adjusted in all directions as well and rotated for vertical view.

My desk looks like it has 3 faces. (And I like it!!)
First off, customer service was responsive with a question I had and they helped me straighten something out. (Not concerning the usability of the product).As for the unit itself, it is amazing. I have it set up with the C clamp and not the grommet. It fit on my desk easily and snugly.Pro tip: make sure you have plenty of room in the back and on the sides of your desk. I have mine set up in a small room. If I had the available space, i could have put this together in a 3rd of the time. And as it was, it didn’t take long.It looks a bit daunting but you quickly realize they the instructions are clear (not pick: it’s not 100% perfect) and the pieces go together easily. In other words, it very hard to mess the assembly up.That said, you WILL need a screwdriver. Get one ready before you start.It’s a bit tricky figuring out how to set my arms at the right height and tension but once you realize how to do it (~ 1 minute) it is clear and easy to do.My daughter said it makes my room look crowded but that’s because I have 3 monitors open and, as I said, I’m in a small space.9/10 would suggest this to a friend.
