I own a similiar projector to this that I ordered some time back. My daughter loved it so much that I thought I would replace her projector with this upgraded 12-in-1 projector. So, I think I will pass along the old projector to my younger nephews and keep this unit for my daughter to enjoy. Although the claim on the product description says that this “updated” projector provides detailed and highly focused images, I find that most of the slides are kind of fuzzy and lack crisp details. Now, that is the same as the old projector, and it seems like the more colour the slide has, the fuzzier it is. The picture of the Moon and the Milky Way are amazingly crisp and look amazing on the ceiling of my daughter’s room. I am giving this product five stars because that one slide (Moon and Milky Way) is worth the price of admission alone and it creates an amazing atmosphere. The slide with the moon is highly detailed and the focus on it is crisp with a tremendous amount of detail. The other slides are alright and fun to go through every now and again, but really this device could sell with just the Moon and Milky Way slide.When I ordered this product, the price was $19.99, which is a wonderful deal. That is a reasonable price for what the product is. As of writing this review the price on the order page has jumped to $89.15âwhich is quite overpriced for what this is.This is a great product that creates amazing atmospheres, but it is not (or shouldn’t be) a $90 product. At a reasonable price, this is a wonderful addition to any child’s room.

This Galaxy Projector Pro Version turned out to be a fantastic addition to our bedroom setup. The 12-in-1 film disc options offer clear, sharp images, and the adjustable knob focus really makes a difference in getting the visuals just right on the ceiling or walls.The 360° rotation is smooth, adding nice motion to the display without any motor sounds â which give a nice feel during nighttime use. The timer function is simple but super handy, especially for kidsâ bedtime routines.Among all the options, the Blackhole and the 3D Moon discs are our absolute favorites. The Solar System and Galaxy views have actually helped a lot while teaching the kids about space â made those learning sessions more fun and interactive.Another thing I liked is that it is bright enough and projection is expansive. It covers well beyond just the ceiling area (in my case not a big ceiling area), so you feel like youâre in the middle of a galaxy. I have to admit Iâve seen these astronomy projectors advertised in my social feeds and I always felt like they faked how good a projector they were. So I was very curious to try this one out and see if this one does what it shows in the pictures. And I have to say Iâm impressed by how well it actually works!The projector comes with the moon image pre-installed and wow, does it make a great first impression. The other scene images come packaged in their own individual plastic cases. Iâve only tried out a few and some for me are more impressive than others, but itâs nice to have options.I like the option to have the image move, or if you prefer to have it static. For some images, the movement actually makes the visual come alive, while others look better standing still.The image quality on the images I tried so far is really good â some like the asteroids in the Moon scene look almost 3D! So the HD description Iâd say is pretty much on point.Another pleasant surprise for me is how bright this new model is. I tested this out in my office where I have smart lights and when I reduced them down to 25%, I could see the projected images on my ceiling pretty well. In fact, using one of the âstarlightâ light scenes actually made the projection even more impressive. So it turns out you donât need a super dark room to appreciate this projection.As a space enthusiast, this has been a happy discovery. I highly recommend this for anyone thinking about getting a galaxy projector. This one wonât disappoint.

I simply canât get over this small projector and what it displays on my ceilings. To look at the machine, i just didnât expect the quality of images that are displayed. Right out of the box with no adjustments, this displayed crisp, colourful and brilliant solar system images. And while these are viewable in an image mode or a slow or faster moving image mode, I found both of the moving speeds very, very slow. I am using this for winding down in bed, so find myself laying there, mesmerized, watching and enjoying these images. And with a built-in timer of 1 or 2 hours, there is no need to have this running for hours after falling asleep. The collection of images (11 in total) are very well done representing both the easily recognizable and the new to me. All are eye candy for anyone even remotely interested in the cosmos. While easy to load the disks, it did take me a few run-throughs to get the hang of it. Now Iâm switching them out frequently as I canât figure out which one I like the best (cue the eye rolls). Am very impressed that each disk (other than the one that came loaded in the projector) has its own protective case. Thatâs the overall quality of this projector!While the asking price of $89.03 at time of my order may seem a bit steep, once this small projector is experienced, it is a well priced item in my opinion. It is small enough to tuck onto the bedside table for evening viewing, but this is a massive viewing experience!
