perfect for workstation
I swapped out my two screens, which had about the same combined resolution, and I was wondering why I even bothered with changing. But wow, what a difference! Having the freedom to arrange the screen in different setups for various projects is so much more flexible than dealing with two separate ones. It pairs perfectly with my 17-inch graphics pad, too. I was a little worried about the lightingâwhether itâd be too bright or too dimâbut itâs just right, nice and even. The clarity is crystal clear! Iâm not a gamer, so I canât speak to how it handles high-end games, but for video production, Iâm really happy with it. For the price, itâs been a solid investment!

It was a gift for the wife as she is a published comic book artist and needs the best for her artwork. I am now watching out for a sale to buy one for my business and get rid of the 2 27″ screens I have. Great monitor
I actually purchased this as an Amazon Warehouse deal. I am not a gamer but mainly use this for productivity and work. The item was in close to new condition and I use it with a KVM switch. The feature I like the most is being able to have 2 computers represented on the same screen.

DO NOT BUY THIS MONITOR !!
We purchased this monitor for a racing simulator in our lobby (business). Here’s the problems we have encountered.1) Dead pixels.. Sent in to Acer for repair and had to pay more than $80 to ship it to them. Got it back approximately 2 weeks later.2) Returned monitor would power up (per the little blue light) but nothing would come on the screen, not even the monitors menu system or splash screen.. Contacted Acer again and they tried trouble shooting it. Dead.. We then demanded a return label for the shipping charges which they gave us.3) Got the monitor back a few weeks later and we know it’s ours because we put a sticker on it. This time, it worked.. and worked great for about 2 to 3 weeks. Just went to boot it up today and guess what.. Dead screen again.At this point, we’re going to demand a refund and if we don’t get it, we’ll take other action.

Missing bolts, but are we though?
Missing the bolts out of both of the monitors we ordered. These were desired to mount the base to the upright post and makes a huge difference in attaching cables and moving the monitor around. Gravity holds the monitor in place without them. A luxury complain over a functional one. Would order again. Bolts to fix the base together would mean 5*

I really like this monitor
Iâm a remote worker and my company provided a laptop and a 27â Dell. I replaced the Dell with this larger monitor and Iâve been much more efficient with my work. The color is vibrant, no dead pixels, but the only complaint I have is when I share this screen on zoom, the windows are fairly small. Itâs not a big problem since I donât share on Zoom often but just something I noticed.

The only tiny issue with such a wide monitor is that it can be challenging to get at the ports without rear access (tough to rotate such a large monitor for port access) – this is not a flaw of this monitor, just a consequence of the width.

This ultra wide monitor in comparison to its other competitors have no good quality. It feels cheap plastic. Screen resolution also does not seem good compared to the competition.
