These changed my workouts!
I’ve been a weightlifter for many decades and never thought I’d be a “rubber band guy,” but I got these to help me get buy when my Weider cable and pulleys went bad, and I now consider them essential.I LOVE the grippiness of these things, and they don’t have that powdery coating like some of the bands. The amount they stretch is perfect, and because they go up to like 175 lbs, they’re good for throwing in a suitcase for travel.I’ve been wrapping them around my pullup bar and through themselves to replace my cables for lat pulldowns and an work. I’m finally targeting the abs closest to my belly button, which are neglected with weights and cables. Plus, I can get maximum resistance on my trips and bis where weights would be difficult.Fantastic product! Highly recommended! I guess I’m now a rubber band guy.

Bands with Crazy Resistance
I had no idea that they made resistance bands with this level of resistance. I have had some bands in the past but they were basically for stretching and yoga. These work well with many different types of workout machines but because of the high levels of resistance, you can really take your workouts to the next level. I really like the light blue band, I can use it while sitting at my desk. They fold up nicely so they easily fit into my gym bag.The massage balls are like an added bonus. I keep these next to bed and work the kinks out of my legs before going to sleep.

Each band gives me just the right tension Theyâre sturdy, stretchy, and havenât snapped even during tough sessions.Pull-ups? These bands help me get reps with good form. Lower-body days? The booty bands light that burn like nothing else. They slip into my gym bag easily and are super easy to clean. Every part of the set gets used, which is a rare win.

These bands are awesome. Iâm very impressed with the quality of these bands. Iâve been going through ifit training and they use bands at least 2 or 3 times a workout. These bands really help for a ton of the exercises and stretches. They feel like they will last a while and were a great value with the extra pieces included
