Good buy
Great product, no scratches or dents, appearance is new, very easy to set up a d function, battery life is great, was able to transfer all my stuff from the other phone in minutes, it functions well. Sound is also very good and good quality. I will purchase again.

Great phone but not getting latest software update
It’s great and in excellent condition. So far the only issue I’m having is that the software won’t update to the latest version. It’s currently on One UI 6.1 Android 14 but One UI 7 Android 15 is available for this device and for some reason I am not receiving it when I try to do a manual update. Samsung tells me I need to wait a little while longer but on Reddit I see others with this device that already got the latest software update.

In the midst of returning a refurbished f23 fe. Absolute garbage. The phone would not charge past 3% in an hour. The charger they provided didn’t work at all. Tried 6 different chargers and outlets and still wouldn’t charge past 3% in an hour.- it would not go past 51% and the battery charge dropped to 43% within one minute of removing the charger. I will never buy from this seller again checking battery charge is the most basic thing one can do before selling. What a waste of time.

Great Phone
I’ve had this phone for a little over 2 months now and it work as it should. I previously had a Motorola Edge 2022, and this phone is a big step up. Camera is amazing as well!

finger print recognition is poor
The phone is heavier and bigger than I expected and the finger print recognition is poor. it works occasionally. I’ll use it but not a great phone.

Happy with this phone. Still strange to see spectrum on the boot up screen when we are with Verizon. Otherwise, 2 months in, no complaints!
