The Rockville HTS56 5.1 Channel Home Theater System is the solution to your surround sound needs. The system is capable of 1000 watts peak power and 500 watts program, with 250 watts continuous RMS. We tested this system and it really hurt our ears. It’s crazy loud! This complete home theater system features two full range 3” front speakers, two full range 3” rear speakers, a center speaker, and an 8” subwoofer. The speaker cabinets are made of strong MDF material and not particleboard like some systems out there. Each speaker has its own volume control so they can be adjusted independently. We include long length cables with RCA connectors. This allows you to quickly and easily mount the speakers wherever you want.
One thing worth mentioning about conventional 5.1 channel systems is that when you play music using bluetooth or the radio or even other non HD sources you only get sound out of the two front speakers. With the Rockville HTS56 you can listen to music using any source and all 5 of the speakers and the subwoofer will always play together. You will get surround sound whether you are listening to music, watching a movie, or using the radio.
The 8” subwoofer provides super clear deep, rich bass with no rattling or discernible distortion even at high volumes. It has a built in media player/receiver with digital readout, a 5-band EQ, FM radio, Bluetooth, SD/USB input, and two ¼” MIC inputs with echo control for Karaoke on the front. On the rear you have 5 RCA audio outputs, 6 RCA DVD audio inputs, 2 RCA AUX inputs, and an FM antenna input. There are also 5 RCA inputs to power each speaker’s LED. A full function remote control is included so you never have to leave the comfort of your chair. The system also features an LED light system with multiple modes. The subwoofer LEDs can be set to blink to the beat, look like an EQ spectrum analyzer, or change colors (constant or cycle). The satellite speakers have cool blue LEDs that can be turned on or off.

I needed to cut the video coz the file is too big. This whole video is me singing so you could hear the difference between karaoke and just music itself. I am very happy with the purchase. You will hear a little static from the mic but you just need to find adjustment to have the good quality from the mic interference, once you found it it sounds amazing, then when you just play music oh my goodness itâs so loud and it will make you dance and party. I put it in my basement and when we play some music, I could hear it all the way upstairs and the bass. I hope this video review will help you a lot. I did not regret making this purchase because you I could have paid over 500 dollar with no mic at all and probably sound the same. It took me weeks to find a sound system with mic on it and where you can set it up to all your appliances. It has all the wires you need so itâs compatible for everything. From phones, tablets, computers, tv. We use our old tv with not a lot of options but my husband still figured it out with all the wires they have provided. It was worth it, and it also came in a very safe package. Now, I can party and sing with all my Filifino friends who love karaoke! Thank you!

The issues abound.
I just purchased this system as a low-end option to fuel my 9 year olds karaoke addiction. I am very disappointed in several issues.1. The customer support says 24/7 however, you will wait for a reply and when you call after hours you find that it’s not actual 24/7.2. They did add an optical; however, even with my high-end LG TV set to the correct settings. The HTS56 doesn’t become a slave to the volume of the TV.3. The remote for 56 also sends my TV into a frenzy.4. The so called on/off function on the remote is more of standby function with two dash marks that are very annoying.5. If you get the optional wirless mic setup. You will find that there is no direct interference to the HTS56. Example: The Mic controller, power is USB so if you use a separate outlet you will more than likely get a ground loop with a hum.( Especially with the 1/4 Jack.6. The sound quality is fair, it lacks in the mid range a little so dialing it in is a bit difficult.7. I do not recommend this system for larger rooms as you will run out cabling and the speakers will struggle to throw sound across.8. Optical (tosslink) is widely being phased out as it has not changed since the 80s. My advice would be to find a system that is HDMI compatible.Now for the $s this system is fair, if you don’t mind the headaches that can accompany it. This a novice starter level system. Rockville has other systems that are on the higher quality side.

System is great. Sound is amazing. I had to contact customer service for a couple issues and theyâve been responsive and helpful. I agree with some of the other reviews that say the remote is not greatâ¦system is, but remote is lacking and was not put together as well as everything else imo.

The product is awesome. The sound is great the volume level is excellent. The sub has a really good deep bass sound. I’d suggest this to anybody. The price is very good also.

If your living room is 12×12 you might be impressed. Not bad for the price. But if you wanna rock. Look else where. I have the lg louder 5000 it’s a 1000 bucket it would take 10 of the Rockville systems to over take it. Decent for a cheap surround sound system. I will be using this for karaoke only now. way to soft if you wanna jam
