Prints quickly with any brand labels.
I love this little printer. I use it to print shipping labels for my etsy store and product labels as well. It comes with a USB drive with the drivers for multiple operating systems. Once you install the driver, it just shows up on the list of printers on your computer, select the label size, and print. I haven’t tried Bluetooth printing. It works fine with PDFs and png files; you don’t need to use their website or app with a computer plugged into the printer. It prints very quickly (about a second per label) and it’s easy to change the label rolls. I also love that it doesn’t care what brand of labels you’re using, unlike some other types of thermal printers. But I’ve been ordering the labels from the same brand because the quality is good and they’re cheap. I’ve gone through a few rolls already since buying this a few weeks ago.

Perfect for my little basement hobby shop!
I was a little skeptical when purchasing this off-brand printer, but I am glad I took the chance! I have printed thousands of shipping labels through this printer and have never had a single issue! The phone app connects to the printer instantly and it only takes about 2 seconds to print an entire shipping label. I only print black and white shipping labels but the performance has been flawless. I like that the printer is very small and can fit nicely on a shelf so I can leave it there permanently instead of having to put it away between uses. additional labels are extremely easy to install and with the touch of a button it will “self center” on the label to make sure there aren’t any hiccups on your next print. the unit came with a USB drive that has all of the software on it – but with todays worries, I opted to NOT plug this USB into any of my devices, I instead scanned the QR code on the box with my phone and installed the software that way. It may be nothing – but I have issues trusting USB devices from random companies these days.

Great small printer for quick jobs! Using it for professional craft labels as print quality is very good and there are many label types and sizes to choose from. Also printing shipping labels directly with it – quick and easy!One important quality was the ability to share it easily without fussy configurations with multiple users.

Perfect for the small business except one thing: the app
A thermal label print is the key thing for any small business selling items. I bought because it was decently price and heard great reviews from others about the quality of the machine. The set-up of the machine was easy but it wasn’t plug-and-play, but the manual and website helped me out. It’s very sturdy and has been a workhouse of a machine and I haven’t gotten any print errors or mishaps that wasn’t human error.The only downside is a connectivity issue, the bluetooth is a finicky and if your using the print app on the phone it’ll sometime disconnect and you have to go through the app to reconnect to the printer via bluetooth. This is even if other devices are detecting the printer.That said, it’s going strong and despite the issue with the phone app I don’t regret buying it as it already paid for itself. I even bought the MUNBYN stand with works well and save some space to put the labels.

App works great on my android phone! Wouldn’t work on Laptop.
I don’t regret getting this. So far, it has been so useful for me and my small business. It helped make my job easier. I couldn’t get it to work on my laptop even after downloading what was needed, but I was able to use my phone to do the labels. I use BookBrush to do the wording or logo and email it myself with the picture. I then download the picture on my phone from my email. I use the picture and upload it to the app for Munbyn printer.

This is a amazing printer for my bakery. Prints labels so beautifully and fast. Took a little bit to navigate it. I don’t use it on my phone since I create all my labels on canva and I print directly from there but it’s easy and super fun.
