I borrowed this laptop at my Toastmasters meetings for a few weeks and was so impressed that I immediately ordered one. Seems to be a cheap Asian clone
The computer was loaded with bloatware. Then the touchpad stopped working. I bought a boot disk with Windows 11 on it in the hopes that it might solve the problems and the machine wouldn’t even allow it to load. Piece of junk. Returned it and bought a product from Best Buy

Great laptop for simple work to be done, I haven’t tested out the power of the graphics card or the ram but I truly believe this is a great laptop for its money.It’s charger is not included. Make sure you buy a USBC charger.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:The Price and performance is excellent, very surprised.The one or 2 star reviews are bad luck or they don’t understand. I didn’t notice any bloatware. I’ve been in IT for 30 years. Its a great laptop!

A good buy at this price.
This laptop, is a good value for the money. Startup and transferring files was easy. Instruction manual leaves something to be desired. But, customer support was available fairly quickly. The camera doesnât meet Microsoft requirements for facial recognition standards. It does have Touch ID. Other than that, a good buy.
