Beautiful Coffee Maker
This is a beautiful coffee maker. And while we’ve only had it a couple of days, we love it. I especially like that it doesn’t beep at us to tell us it’s on or off. It’s easy to program and came with a reusable filter, which is nice. The coffee tastes great.

Looks good, but looks can be deceiving
The digital clock did not keep accurate time (it was slow by hours…) so it would certainly be difficult to program the coffee maker. I was one day late in doing an Amazon return, so I had to contact the manufacturer. They were extremely picky in what they required to even accept a return. I supplied them with everything they asked for and then asked for a refund – but lo and behold, their customer service informed me that they had already started the process of sending me a replacement unit and that process couldn’t be stopped. I received the replacement coffee maker and within days the “pause and serve” feature stopped working. Hot coffee just spews from the machine if you remove the carafe during the brewing process. At this point, I just want a refund; I don’t want another replacement.

Mine had a flaw in the plastic it cracked around the heating element
I like this unit a lot I love the color and for the most part it did a beautiful job making coffee. We did have a problem that’s why we’re replacing it all around the heating element the plastic self-destructed cracked as if it looked like it had been impacted but it had not been impacted and it did stop putting water through the unit to make the coffee we are quieted capable of fixing some things but this was not fixable we had to throw it away as I say this is my second one the one I’m ordering now is my replacement I’m sure I bought this unit at least a year or so ago. But all in all I’m very pleased with the unit the fact that itself destructed I don’t have any answers for that.. since I wrote this first text the other three that I have purchased have done exactly the same thing and I’ve had to discard them I spent $79 dollars on each one. Puts me out of pocket about 160 bucks. I still have one more left at one of my coffee bars in the house. And I expect you to go bad too the funny part about this is this is an American company I think they were out of Wisconsin somewhere up north and they’re not bothering to do anything about this?!.
