Excellent, good as new.
An excellent product, typical of Bosch tools. It is lightweight and easy to handle. It has enough power to rout hardwoods. Nice size for musical instrument work. This one is “renewed” and it is as good as new at a low price. Came with a good case and an edge guide.

Good tool but incomplete accessories
It’s a Bosh so the tool is great. However some of the accessories that normally are included with the tool purchased new were missing.

an item I needed to add to the shop, and a good price on a reconditioned unit. can’t tell it was used except some marks on the case. works fine.

Wow, simple, compact and amazing.
I’ve picked up a couple of Bosch (new or renewed) items without any issues, all good as new. I suffered with a Skil plunge router for a couple decades, the Skil router twisted every time it was powered up. I finally ditched the Skil with our recent house move. This Bosch router is silky smooth when powered up, like why did I not replace the Skil years ago? I recently picked up a Ridgid circular saw as my old Porter Cable was having a challenging existence from occasional use sawing stucco and concrete with a diamond blade. The main bearing on the Ridgid seized on the third cross cut of a pine 2×6, I was shocked and returned the Ridgid circular saw to the store, Ridgid used to be a great name this made me sad. Years ago I had picked up a Makita hammer drill years ago only for it to die drilling a first hole for a few foundation bolt. I got my introduction to Bosch when I bought a Bosch hammer drill which worked like a knife through butter on the concrete. I’ll stick with Bosch for my electric hand tool needs.

Great Portable Router
I like that it is not as loud as the full size router. Other Brands smaller Routers are louder than the full size they make. Smooth operation.
