This laptop does everything I bought it for, including some ‘heavy lifting’ in the legal ripping, encoding and editing/reencoding of extremely large video files. Along with other day-to-day applications, such as MS Office, browsing, etc.Great value!

This is my first Lenovo laptop. I’ve had it for about a month and like it so far. I am still learning some of the features and customizing the settings for my preferences; however, it’s a nice laptop.

This laptop honestly runs great. I bought this as a replacement for a 6-year-old Acer laptop that had started to simply run too slow for my work.The problem comes from battery. When I have it hooked up to my second monitor, it only last for two hours. Even this wouldnât be a huge deal, as I practically use this laptop as a desktop. It would be 4 stars if this was the only problem.No, the problem is exacerbated by the charger. The charger is clearly not the one that was originally meant for the laptop when it was first made, as thereâs a clear circular hole for a charger to go into. The charger I received with this laptop plugs into the USB-C port.Yâall, the USB-C port is the most important one for me. I need it for my second monitor. So I canât have the laptop plugged in to charge at the same time that I need to use the second monitor.This is a HUGE design flaw, honestly, and I wish that I had been sent the charger that was originally meant for the laptop instead of this USB-C one that they surely made after the fact. Hence, the 3 stars.
