not very good range
it’s a pretty decent unit for the money, however, my mom is still roaming her entire home including outside and the range just isn’t there with this one. Also, arrived with one faulty pendent which I’m certain would have been rectified had i not returned the unit. Easy to program and has some great features, would be great for a person that is home bound and just basically sits in a couple rooms all day.

The directions need to be clearer.
Never could get it to work properly. Consequently when my Alzheimerâs / Dementia husband fell on Friday the 19th, he couldnât get me. I received this unit May 21, 2020. I was going to send it back on Friday, but my husband ended up going to the hospital. Everything I had on my to do list for Friday was pushed to Saturday. My husband was too weak to leave and I couldnât leave him alone. I thought I would mail it today but saw it ended yesterday. Please consider letting me send it back to you so someone can use it. Imagine, itâs 11 years old and saved me twice after I had dangerous reaction to pain med after surgery. I was 82 then. I had a newer alert system but it didnât work even with new batteries. For heck of it I pressed this one and got 911. I do change batteries often.

terrible product
I purchased this item for the emergency button feature and the voice call feature. It quickly was returned as the buttons were backwards, the white noise feedback was unbearable and the emergency feature was worthless. Such a great idea and so needed, hopefully someone will figure it out, but it is not this one.
