BEST BARGAIN EEEEEVER………..
Faster than my Surface -pro 7, which has a I 7 CPU processor, The purchased unit also has a HUUUUUGE capacity for storage as well as more than enough ramm to zip thru many tasks at once.The unit is a refurb from a company in MD, which sells thru Amazon, and I will buy from these guys again, and if I did not know that it was sold as a refurb, I would have assumed it was brand new, no blemishes, no marks, the unit was throughly cleaned, started right away. It is a Dell product, it delivers, light, has all the tools needed for a mid/high work, gaing included, all for under $350.00

Small like a tablet
I really like this laptop. I have Norton’s security and i use the update apps and programs. It runs great now since everything is updated and all the junk has been removed. The fact that it has Microsoft 360 makes it even better so i can type files and print. Its small but for the price and updating all the software apps to the latest versions, i got a great deal! It also has touch screen, touch pad or a mouse. The copilot from Microsoft is force on you so i guess it’s time i learn AI. It has it’s pro’s & con’s. Microsoft has the routine actions of messing with your emails accounts, telling you that suspicious activity was noted on your account. I am a retired electronic engineer and i have so much security that it’s impossible to Get into my systems.

Did not work, no reply from their tech support email
This looked like a great deal so I ordered one. When it arrived it looked nice and I was looking forwards to using it.It never turned on.Didn’t turn on when plugged in, when I let it charge up (by plugging it in) for several hours, when I pushed the start button quickly, when I held it down. Nothing.Emailed the address they included in the packaging but never heard back (it’s possible it got lost in my junk email folder, but I’m not seeing it there now even when searching for it)

Laptop arrived clean and in great condition.Everything worked as expected except my docking station. Called tech support, they were very thorough in troubleshooting and requested the Laptop to be returned. A few days later I received a call that they would be replacing the laptop.Great customer service. Very happy with the purchase and resolution to an unforeseeable problem.100% recommend

Awesome Laptop!!
I just received my renewed laptop yesterday, and I’m so impressed with it. It looks brand new, and it’s functioning perfectly. I bought it because it has Windows 11, which is a big bonus. I love that it’s very lightweight also. I plan to use it as my backup computer for traveling, etc., and I am very pleased with its quality and performance. What a great bargain!!!

Great customer service, works great
The first unit I received did not completely boot up. I put in a request to replace and had the replacement in a couple of days. It has worked great. Battery life is reasonable for a used machine. Physically, it was clean, the screen works and has no scratches. I came with Windows 10, but comes with an option to update to Windows 11.

Cannot use. All keys not useable
Most keys do not register until I backspace and “pound” them. This makes typing slow and inaccurate.I could not send it back because I did not open it until after 30 days. I have not even been able to set it up because of ALL the keys not working correctly. total DUD!
