I ordered this e-bike for my teenage son as he was begging for this model for months. The bike arrived ahead of time and was relatively easy to assemble. (Had to watch a couple of YouTube videos). All is functioning well so far and my son can not be any happier.

Very disappointed
My son had this bike for 3 months and the back axle broke. My son weighs less than 80 pounds and had a Jetson for 3 years with no issues. Would not recommend this bike

Get double battery very durable
Great durable bike that goes fast enough but the mileage if you are in mode 3 if not great giving 13-16 miles total. Get double battery for Shure.

Bike has been riding since Christmas.. we had an issue with the an error code. I contacted Macfox and they responded quickly with a replacement part along with how to videos. Other than that the bike has been great.. Customer Service has been awesome getting back to me quickly.Thank you Macfox..

Donât buy it. Product is poor and customer service is terrible
Terrible customer service, motor stopped working and the company sent 2 motors already that donât work at all. Error 36 continue to appear in the screen and customer service is helpless, transfer back and forth to âspecialistsâ that ask for exactly the same information already provided, with no resolution whatsoever. When you ask about refund, they simply donât respond. Terrible company. Donât buy from them.
