Great e-bike
This has been a great bike. It’s affordable, comfortable, and has a lot of power. It’s fun to ride and is good quality. I had to contact customer service about something minor, but they were extremely attentive and handled my concerns immediately.

Not worth the money for a casual
I was looking to replace my old Ebike who’s motor just randomly died while in storage. I looked up the best ebikes and came up with puckipuppy.I am a speed freak, but the dual motors was only chosen simply because it was the only red color in all their bikes. Overall the bike looks very good in terms of quality and rides fairly well. However i also notice it is EXTRAORDINARILY testy on the pedal assist, pedal assist 1 and 2 are fine, but as soon as you hit 3 it feels like you may as well just be hitting the gas pedal so to speak. The bike just takes off when you pedal even a little. At max speed i don’t even feel like pedaling has any friction and even on lower gears the pedals just spin freely.If you’re looking for an ebike to just gas around this one would work as the dual motors give really good acceleration and, if you unlock the speed, which i am incentivized to say do at your own risk, you can get very fast and very smooth. When i had to off road through someone’s yard one time it was not an unpleasant experience, not butter smooth, but not that bumpy.Maybe this bike shows it’s true colors when you’re scaling a mountain or going on a trail, but given the fact that it’s ridiculously heavy and stupidly large, i find it surprising anyone would. I stand at about 5’9″ and i can barely touch the ground on my tippy toes with the seat all the way down. I had to slam my hand on the seat to get it down another half inch until it meshed with the frame. The settings menu is easy to navigate, though all the fun settings are behind the advanced menu (up down and light).In terms of value, i would say that’s a reason why this is 3 stars and not 4. At 1599 this bike is asking you to spend 500$ more than a random dual motor ebike i see in my suggested wheel at the bottom. With it being super tall, super heavy, and finnicky pedal assist i am hard pressed to give this more than a 3 star. It did come with some extra goodies in terms of a mud shields for both wheels, a front light, a back tray, a small air pump and a bike cover, but i’d be surprised if that costs more than 200$ much less the 500$ difference from others.TL;DRNot worth the 1600 price tag when competing products offer the same features at 500$ less (though ambigious quality). Has issues when using pedal assist, heavy and too tall for 80% of the population, but otherwise works as just using the motors to ride around without pedaling.

Great frame but not so good on all parts and components.
Very fast and strong powerful motors but if you need to climb over steep terrain but you don’t want to be doing 30 miles an hour it’s not that useful. The delay in the motor starts to when you pedal starting is too slow and will cause you to get into trouble if you’re not careful. Chain ring is so weak that it was severely bent within the first two miles of receiving the bike. The seat post is so short that you can only raise it like 4” from being all the way inside the seat stay. It says for riders 5’6”” to 6’6” unless you really like to have your knees so bent and not being able to get the proper extension to your legs when seated or if you just plan on being in the standing position when riding, your legs will hurt a lot and you will be very uncomfortable and inefficient, the for has no rebound and will beat you up and the stanchions have so much slop to them they feel like they’re going to snap in half or fall off altogether. It would be nice to have a clutch derailure so that your chain can has some sort of tension to it and you chain stay won’t get so chewed up from the chain slapping all the time also helping to keep your chain on the front chain ring. Really good strong frame and power when you’re using it on the road but not very useful when you’re on loose rock or dirt or snow. The strong powerful motor doesn’t have a horsepower issue but has a torque vs horsepower issue. It just want to fly through it and fly fast and unsafe. So you just end up getting bucked off it. The rear shock sucks. Overall I should have gone and spent a little bit more money to get a better bike one with much better components that wouldn’t need to be upgraded so you could use it more than once. I’d be more than willing to spend the extra money on the new upgrades to make the bike a better bike but by the time I get the upgraded bike parts needed I would probably be spending more on it than I would have spent on a quality bike with everything already there and would not be needing to be upgrading parts. Other than that the frame is a great quality frame.
