Got this as a battery back up for my cats water fountain. Didnât see anywhere that the USB A would also automatically switch but happy to report it did. It was a little bigger than I expected but otherwise happy and now I have peace of mind that my cat will have water.

Limited power options, but works well with compatible devices
This is a “battery backup” designed for small devices like your internet modem or wireless router. Unlike other “battery backup” solutions, this doesn’t have normal AC power plugs for you to to connect to like you’d find on the wall. This has the same small “circular” power ports that you would find on the back of your modem or router, and comes with cables to directly connect the two. This means this device can’t necessarily be used for a multitude of products, so if your modem or router doesn’t have that small circular connector on it, this product will not work for you.This also only supports 5V/3A, 9V/2A, and 12V/3A power options, so you need to see what power requirements your devices have before purchase. This is often printed on the device itself right by the power connector, but you may have to dig up the manual for the specifications to see if this will properly power your devices. If the power amounts don’t match, you can damage your equipment, have inconsistent functionality, or your devices simply won’t turn on.All that said, there is still a lot to like about this product. Once you’ve verified your power requirements, this is super easy to set up. Just plug it in to the wall and connect the provided adapters from this to your network equipment and you’re up and running! The battery power isn’t going to last you a full day, but if there is a smaller outage you can stay online as long as your service provider is still up. In an emergency situation, this line of communication can be super important.Because you are no longer using your network equipment’s power adapters, this product allows you to free up some space on your surge protector or wall outlet since you don’t need the giant block adapters those usually require. This also uses a normal power cable for itself, so it’s not taking up extra space, and you can easily replace the cord if necessary (or even pick up a longer one)!Overall, this is a really nice product. It doesn’t take up tons of space and is easy to use. I wish it had a little more power to it for heavier-duty routers, but for what it is it works really well!

Disappointing – USB-C Port either broken or won’t power seven watts?
Don’t bother ordering with this unit if you’re are trying to power your device with the USB-C outlet! My device only uses 7 Watts and it wouldn’t power it up at all. I charged the unit overnight and hooked it up this morning to my router. It doesn’t come with the USB-C cable either. Anyway, my router wouldn’t power on it all.

Nicely packaged and works well. Easy to set up and has 2 cables with 2 different adaptor plus on each. Not sure how it will work âin real lifeâ with a power cut but spec is good. Have a 12v and 5V appliance attached and all work without original separate mains adaptors.

Buena relacion calidad precio. Se ve robusta y bien fabricada. Buena capacidad de carga para muchas horas. Se puede colocar en la pared con dos tornillos y tacos que se ajustan a la parte trasera en unas ranuras que tiene para ello. No va en la caja ni tornillos ni tacos, pero con dos del 6 es suficiente para que aguante. Asi en caso de corte de luz tambien sirve para cargar mobil, libro electronico y tablets. Un acierto total. Espero me dure mucho tiempo.
