Excellent Commuter Ebike
The Cybervelo step-thru ebike is really nice. I am very pleased with my purchase. I believe it has the best value over any ebike I researched at this price point. It is well constructed and has ample range. I find it comfortable to ride. This is due to the comfortable seat, step-thru frame, and easy adjustable handlebars. I was able to tailor the bike to me. The bike was well packaged for delivery and came 90% complete. The instructions were easy to follow for finishing the assembly and operation of the bike. I was out biking in 30 minutes. So far I have only praise for this ebike. It has ample power. It is robust enough to take on park trails meant for walking and riding, not rough terrain. This only has 2″ tires and fork suspension. I wanted an ebike I could handle easily on city streets and occasionally take with me to a park trails.

Bike seems to be made well and good value for the price. Very comfortable seat and acclimating well to the pedal adjust for assistance while still getting a workout. Equipped with everything I wanted at a better price.

My Cybervelo drift god ebike
For the price of under 600 dollars this is a great buy.. assembly was easy,parts were all in great condition, and build quality was excellent. Only road 4 miles so far and I really liked the smooth quiet and comfortable ride. I would not hesitate to recommend this to any budget ebike buyer. Looks great,preforms nice,and the build quality is very good. Very little adjustment was needed after assembly. I’m very happy!

This thing came packed very nicely and carefully, included tools needed, and it was already fully charged! I had a blast on my first ride. Definitely a great deal compared to local shops and didnât take more than a half hour to unpack and assemble

I love this e-bike!!! It came with great tools to put together. It can go really fast… My husband can’t keep up if I don’t want him to!! LOL. It is such a pretty pink!! I only wish it was a little shorter. I am only 5’2″ and have to jump down when I stop!! LOL.

What a pleasant surprise!
I bought this bike for my wife. She retired last week and need some physical exercise during her days. So I bought her this bike. She wasnât so keen about it when she heard that I pay $700 for this bike but when it came today and she saw me assembling it, she changed her mind. (she wasn’t mad becausei I bought the bike, just that it costs $700! ð¤£) I put this bike together without reading any instructions, I normally don’t. It was that clear. Everything was nicely packaged and secured. I was very impressed with the quality of this bike for what it is. I am no stranger to bikes as I own a few (carbon fiber) of them worth over a $10,000 apiece for racing. This is a nice bike to get around town on your own power or with battery assisted power. I love that. It has a headlight and a brake light that is built into the bike so when you tap on the brakes, the brake lights. I took it out for a quick test ride. And got it up to speed number five and hardly doing any work. It was going 25 miles an hour. It has eight speed functions. I am very impressed with this bike. And highly recommend it.

Learning Curve!
I love the bike itself, have ridden 3 times for a total of 36 miles. Seat is comfortable, price was reasonable and I am enjoying biking again as an out of shape 67 years old woman. Having the battery assist as one is pedaling toward a hill allows for all the joy without the stand on the pedals in low gear as you struggle to gain the hill top., exhausting effort.Why only 3 stars? I am a willing learner, can put together IKEA furniture, so I figured âhow hard can it be to put a partially assembled bike together? I am also fairly strong. The video clips seen on YouTube are edited to show assembly in a rapid, generic overview. The printed instructions were also vague and did a very poor job of showing any detailed closeup photos . The tooling on one of the wrenches used was poor and was slightly too small for the outside bolt on the tire. Bottom line: I should have just supported my local bike shop. I spent an additional $200.00 to get the bike assembled and if any of the electronics develops a problem, my local repair shop canât help because that information is proprietary so the bike would require being packaged up and sent back to the company. Iâm keeping the bike, and will enjoy it for as long as possible, but unless the manufacturer sends me some place local, I have no plans to rebox and ship to fix. General observations: e-bikes are a lot heavier to lift up and just move compared to a traditional multi speed bike. If you own a bike rack for the traditional bicycle, it likely will have to be replaced to safely transport your e-bike. There is a learning curve to having battery assistance. Paying attention is especially important as the bike can take off before you are ready causing a major mishap when it surges forward.Â
