Excellent quality â worth sticking with the original
Great quality ink. I tried a generic version before this, and the color was off and didnât last nearly as long. This HP cartridge printed vibrant, accurate colors and lasted much longer. Itâs definitely worth paying a little more for something that works reliably and gives better results. Iâll be sticking with the original from now on.

Honored replacement of cartridge with poor color reproduction
I ordered OEM HP printer ink. It arrived and sat for a couple of days before I installed it and used it for another couple of days before I noticed the red was weak and washed out. I tried it on several surfaces and applications and came to the conclusion it was just defective. I filed a return request, answered a few questions and my request was approved. I accepted an exact replacement (no added charge) and was told if I just held on to it, and didn’t make them pay shipping to return it, they would credit my card with an amount equal to the shipping charge ($12 or so ). Done anddone. I expect the replacement within a few days.Addition: Looks like I had made a mistake in the process. Went back and processed the return and it was handled exactly like the other – no label drop-off at my local UPS store. It’s all good.Couldn’t have been handled better. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the cartridge WAS defective in the first place.
