Make sure you don’t try to tighten the plastic nut very much as it will strip out. I needed to get mine tight so it would not twist and stripped it, but made a metal nut to put on it and that worked great.

One way direct of power only.
This switch was to be used in a circuit that provided power for recharging a battery. The circuit would have live power in both directions. But after having one switch short out I did a test. I discovered that the feedback from the battery to be charged caused the short in the switch. As the led being grounded also grounded the supply terminal for the led. This switch is only useful for providing power one way to a fan motor or other electrical components that uses power but doesn’t feed power back. Not in a circuit that has power in both directions.
