Excellent condition!
Laptop is in great condition and works well. My only disappointment is the use of contact film on outer lid to apparently cover scratches. Other than that there is barely any wear on this laptop. Great deal!

Hiccup during setup, but seller technical support was beyond amazing, and device works great
I had a bizarre hiccup during initial setup that made me feel uneasy about the reliability of the system, but I worked with the seller’s unparalleled, excellent technical support people and got past the setup issue, got the machine stabilized and working great within a few hours, and it works very well now, with no hiccups.

The computer is in good shape and it performs well. The battery is not very good though. It doesn’t last more than 3 hours though.

The only negative is the silver textured skin they put on the cover, palm rest and touch pad. It was very annoying, touch pad felt like it had sandpaper on it. The good thing was it is easily removed and the surface underneath was like new, and no residue left from the skin.

battery life
battery life is only 4-5 hours for my unit–not that great
