Great Laptop for My Daughter â She Loves It!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I bought the Dell Latitude E5470 for my daughter, and itâs been a fantastic purchase. Itâs the perfect size for schoolwork, streaming, and everything she needs. The performance is surprisingly solid for its ageâfast enough for everyday tasks like Google Classroom, Zoom, and browsing.

The laptop was received in like-new condition. Set-up was easy. I bought this laptop specifically to do my taxes (since I could not load non-work software onto my company PC) and as a back-up for when I could not use my work PC. I was able to load the tax software and submit my taxes successfully. I essentially used this laptop maybe a half dozen times. The PC was then put away in my desk shelves with no extremes in temp or vibration. 6 months later, when I needed this laptop it would not boot up. PXE-061 Media Test Failure = essentially the SSD hard drive failed, which was frustrating. I contacted customer support and they went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Great seller! And a really good value for a laptop.

I took a chance and bought 2 at the same time baseed on the good reviews. Right off the bat I noticed how beautifully packaged and how clean the computer looked almost new. I knew right away it was money well spent. Set up was straight forward except that you would need a Microsoft account to get Pass the windows 10 set up.Everything worked then I noticed that the charger was getting unusually hot and so was the computer itself. I looked closely at the charger and noticed it was not an original Dell charger, it was an aftermarket 3rd party charger. I immediately knew this was the issue. Dell makes its products to meet specific standards and its accessories should never be compromised. Being that this was a refurbished I doubt the seller would have available Dell chargers.I just happened to have 20 of these Dell chargers in my Storage. I know it’s Dell because it says Dell on it and it’s really heavy and feels of high quality it also has a blue led light at the plug point.I swapped out the chargers and immediately banished the cheap charger that came with the laptop.The difference was immediate, no hot surface anywhere and the laptop charged nicely.In conclusion if you are going to invest in these laptops at these price points, it is strongly advised that you also invest in the original chargers that was made with the computer when Brand new. They are usually available at reasonable prices on eBay.Top notch computer for the price. I just saved myself almost $800 not buying a brand new computer.Great Product.

Don’t Purchase Without Warranty Protection
We’ve purchase several of these within the last 3-5 years for our business. Works great for about a year or so, then battery starts to fail. If you’re looking at purchasing this laptop, make sure to buy the warranty protection. I’ve had to swap or replace these quite frequently due to heavy usage and I’ve never had a problem with the warranty company. They will resolve all issues: full tech support, fix and repair, replacement, full refund, you name it. Buy with confidence but don’t forget the warranty protection!!ð

PURE GARBAGE – AND THE SELLER KNOWS IT!
As a certified technical repair facility, we immediately noticed problems with the device, when the screen showed severe signs of yellow discolorization (see photos). Next, it gave every indication of either 1) not booting, and due to absolutely NO Operating System being loaded; or 2) Failed drive altogether. Seller is very deceptive, and sells absolute GARBAGE!

Fast and great price
I bought this to use with my vinyl cutting machine but noticed it was fast, so I decided to try it on Visual studios that I use for programming(is a resource hog while running) it handled it with zero issues and better than my $800 old laptop. Itâs very compact, feels heavy duty and I will be buying another for the kids to do homework. I will also play a few games on it and see how it handles them.Appearance: what can I say it looked brand new out of the box! Comes with Bluetooth as well.The only downside is the processor isnât approved for windows 11 and it cannot be upgraded but honestly windows 10 is almost identical.

these guys are doing a really good job. this is my second device I get from them. both were perfect. they just need to mention that outer appearance was taken care of to remove all dents and scratches. otherwise people will think that painwork is scam.you’re basically buying a 2 years old corporate machine that was designed to serve for 10 years. and just paying 15-20% of the brand new one. if you’re not into 3D graphical or Gaming. this will be a very good selection.

This refurb Laptop is running very well and it came in excellent condition, all specs as promised. The Battery capacity is beyond my expectations, the battery reads as 100% original capacity and offers excellent battery life. The SSD is also a mainstream brand and the laptop runs extremely fast, now dual booting Windows 10 Pro & Kubuntu with ease and with all the security features a business user needs – for only around $200 CAD – itâs quite a bargain. The replacement charger they sent me came within only 2 days and is of exceptional quality, this thing is a tank. I can see this laptop lasting for many more years, they donât build them like this anymore. Another thing to note, accessories for this laptop can be easily found on Amazon at an amazing price. Laptop is also easily upgradeable compared to modem laptops.
