    Absolutely Horrible
Bought 2 for my 11 year old twin boys. Easy assembly and worked ok for the first couple months. Then the issues started. Breaks wear out fast and tires would pop easily. In the 11 months I have had these I would say that I have replaced 8-9 tubes and breaks once. I have had to take the bike into a shop for the breaks and back tube because you cannot disconnect the battery wires and the wires are not long enough to take off the back wheel without being a professional. I now have to deal with constant shut off. One will be fully charged, turn on and ride for about a block then just shut off. Only way to turn it back on is to plug in the charger and take the charger back off. It only runs for a min before shutting off on a full charge. I would it recommend these. Even for light riding by younger kids. We have reached out multiple times for a refund with no luck

    Awesome
We love the bike and are planning to get another one soon. We use it more for cruising than for commuting. The bike does not lack power and does in fact go 20mph. Also like that it has a front and rear light

    Waste of money
Don’t ever buy this bike or any razor product. My son has had this bike for 6 months and it’s been nothing but problems. Parts have fallen off, all they do is send you a new part and expect you to be able to fix it yourself. My son can’t even ride it because the brakes don’t work. They won’t send us a new bike. Never buying a razor product again. My younger son has a razor rambler 16 and it’s had issues as well. Disappointed in Razor!
