Great bike and great customer support
First off I know Jack about mountain bikes and Jack about electric bikes. I haven’t ridden a bike since my teen years. But I am turning 40 in July and wanted to add some exercise into my daily routine and have been thinking about a mountian bike for a while now. But just recently I kept seeing ads about e bikes and finally pulled the trigger for an early bday gift. After much research and looking and shopping around, the price I got this bike I believe was a steal. Keep in mind when going through Amazon you are going to pay s+h so expect and extra 150 to 200 on the price point for any e bike, I did not find any with free shipping. Either way I was excited and here’s some things I wanted to point out for new timers like myself.1. This bike is perfect for the price especially for new e bike owners. There are other options and can easily go into the 1000s price range but you are paying for more battery which means more life and speed. The “best bike” is around 2000 and will get you a range of about 70-90 miles and 40-60 mph depending on brand and bike. This one gets you between 45-55 miles depending if using pedal assist or all electric and 20mph. For a grown *** man trying to not break anything, that’s plenty.2. The video instruction provided on the product page by the company, there’s also another tutorial from a buyer, made assembly easy. It took me around 40 minutes only because I was a little over gentle and I was oohing and awwing the whole time like a little kid.3. Awesome bang for your buck, Im not trying to go down mountains but there are dirt trails near my house and riding through neighborhoods it’s a joyous ride. I’ll tell you after not riding a bike for about 25 years riding this thing was so invigorating. It was fun, it was exercise, it got me out of the house and just able to free my mind, I loved it.Now here’s a downer but with a silver lining. I popped my back tire. After 30 minutes and almost 5 miles my last little lap I clipped my back tire going over a curb. I was being a little adventurous and going full throttle and tried bunny hopping over a curb. I’m not a big man but my weight plus the weight of the bike (easily 50 lbs) it was totally my fault. I broke my new toy. I was devastated and knew I had to fix/replace the tire. But remember, I’m new to bikes and the bike tire looks intimidating to remove with all the chains and gears so I contacted the seller/company through Amazon. They were extremely helpful and extremely timely. I already bought fix a flat as well as new upgraded inner tubes but they sent me a tutorial video how to replace the back tire as well as new inner tubes. They didn’t have to but that kind of customer appreciation speaks volumes.So long story short, if your a beginner and don’t need some crazy suped up electric mountain bike, get this one. You won’t regret it. If you do plan on being a little more adventurous than me and really going up and down more treacherous trails I would suggest having some upgraded inner tubes and tires (26×1.95) and also a portable air compressor.All in all great bike!

It’s a great ride for the price. it’s simple and fast
It’s a great bike! I would say buy mirrors and put slime in the tire tubes before getting into traffic. This is way too good of a bike at it’s price I got it at. It’s literally a steal on wheels lmao. Oh I forgot get chain grease and a chain cleaner kit if your using it daily as a commuter bike .. other than that it’s fun to get to work I’d say in a way it’s better then driving sometimes. It’s a nice ride and a great excuse to be outside to enjoy the city or nature. Man I feel like I’m selling myself another one. Lmao 🤣🤣🤣

I received my M10 Isinwheel in a timely manner. I did have an issue with the first battery working. I reached out to their representative through Amazon, they were kind and helpful. They replaced the battery. I took the bike out for a spin and, wow, what and awesome bike for the little I paid. A special thanks to Tammy for her wonderful help.

My brakes squeak
It actually wasnt easy to put together even with the instructional video.The frame is nice and sturdy and currently enjoying it getting me from point A to B.Im not a very bike saavy/or knowledgeable when it comes to bikes at all.However after assembling it myself.I found it didnt come with the screwdriver -so a tool was missing.So was a spring and my brakes squeak.Ive taken it to a bike shop and had to pay 150$ for a inspection but they ignored my brakes and Ill have to go back.The bike is easy to charge it comes with a set of keys to remove the charger which is helpful and Ive road probably 8-10 miles on a full charge with some battery leftover.The monitor that shows the speed lost a screw and wasnt easy to tighten but the screw itself cost me 50 cents.The fenders were cheap and bent and plastic-e.I just threw them away since they couldnt be attached safely.My friend whom is knowledgeable agrees its a “nice starter bike” but wants me to get something “better within a year”,but I need this to last longer so we will see.

Great ebike with surprisingly good power. Had an issue with the battery but it was promptly resolved by the customer service.The advertised range is very much exaggerated, expect 30-50km depending on how much you pedal.Very satisfied with this ebike!

The airpump that came with it sucks . Couldn’t get it to pump to the required 40 psi. I thought a storage rack came with it but nope. So far pedal was great but a steep hill it couldn’t get up in battery only .
