Small but functional beauty!
This item is not only beautiful, it works amazing. It’s lightweight, stylish, and comes equipped with everything needed for daily use. Although it is not a touch screen, for all of its other features, it’s worth the purchase. Having owned it now for a few years, I’m satisfied it’s an amazing purchase. Highly recommend.

Solid and Reliable After 3 Years of Use
I’ve been using the ASUS VivoBook S14 for 3 years, and it has consistently performed well.As a photographer and programmer, I use it for a variety of tasks, and it manages both effectively.The only limitation is the 8GB RAM, but as long as I donât run too many heavy programs simultaneously, it handles everything smoothly. Overall, itâs a great laptop for everyday use and creative work.

Great lil machine
I miss not having a touchscreen or a 10-key number pad, but I knew I was making those sacrifices, when I bought this laptop. The only real “negatives” are when you bring it back from standby/sleep mode, it’s quite slow to reconnect to applications that were in use, and certain basic functions, like screen brightness, will suddenly fail to work, until updates are downloaded. I really love the look and portability, and the screen quality is great. I’m mainly using it for basic internet browsing and streaming, so it’s perfect for that.

Very fastNo need for any installation.I mainly use it in a docking station so the screen a d the weight are not very relevant.However when I take it out it is just the right size and weight for me.A couple of points that I would change for the next one I buy:I’d prefer to have an Ethernet connection. Now I need to use an adapter (physical connection is still better than WiFi).I’d rather buy a blank PC without windows and install it myself. This way I can avoid all the preinstalled apps and trials

Lasted a year
Iâve had my VivoBook for a year. Bought it for my two years of grad school. First time buying an Asus. Well now it just wonât turn on. I do a hard shut down, press the on button it blinks but nothing. Asus customer service said itâs out of warrantee so who knows how much itâs going to cost. What a lemon

Perfect for portable work computer
I really enjoy this computer, but there are a few caveats.1) The audio for recording is not the best. And in order to turn off certain features like the background filter, you HAVE to sign up for their MyAsus account to have more control over features there. Why should we have to use an outside site to control features on a personal computer.2) The screen color isnt bad, but it isnt crisp. Feels like it has a haze filter over the screen.3) Definitely NOT for gaming, but I didnt buy it for that.All-in-all, it works well for what I need (work/organization), but not sure how well it would work for anything visual or complex editing.
