Gotta send it back. Had it professionally installed. Fit nice and sounded great, BUT wouldn’t save setting or presets. Yes, the 12v constant was hooked up properly. It would save the time on the clock, but not the stations or the EQ.

This head unit is great
I do not understand why a few had issues with this radio. I am very impressed with the functionality and how simple to operate the controls. The bluetooth connection is super stable always connects when I get in my vehicle. The auto link works great the backup camera is clear and works Everytime. I have had no issue with the tuner. I have had this unit installed a couple weeks now and enjoy it very much. I have had multiple budget head units and this one is by far the best with the most features and how stable it is.

Horrible product
very bad product. Since the first day, out of no where, i was driving and it kept shutting off, then i couldnt connect my phone again to the Bluetooth. It was so annoying. We even checked twice if all the cables were connected correctly and they were. It was just the stereo that was not working.Would not recommend this

Streaming connection not ideal when first connecting
Looks great in my truck and easy to install. Great sound HOWEVER, when streaming via BT, connecting to my moble phone music will play then pause then play then pause. It will begin streaming normally after that. At first I thought it was my phone but it did the same thing when connecting another phone. ALSO, randomly, the volume will increase by 1 on its own. After a while, it will increase again by 1. The remote control is not even being used. Would be nice to just get in my truck, connect automatically and play right off the bat. Maybe a software/firmware issue?
