Great quality, won’t fall apart after 6 month of daily use!
Great quality. Had one similar that I bough off Amazon from another company everything was plastic. One of the wheels would not stay on after about 6 months, the cheap plastic part on the base broke making the wheel fall off. This chair though is great quality made of all metal with very few plastic pieces. Kudos on a great quality chair.

Comfortable
Bought this desk chair to replace my old one and it didn’t disappoint, it is wide and really comfortable. Super easy to assemble. I wish it had arms but ok without them. Great value for its price and looks. Definitely recommend it.

Stylish and Comfy (and Pet-Approved!)
I literally love this chair! I added it to my office setup in our living room, and it fits right in with our furnitureâblending nicely without feeling out of place. It rounds out the little office nook I created, while still letting me be part of family time as I get caught up on paperwork. The seat is super comfy for sitting cross-legged, which was exactly what I was looking for.It came in a large but manageable box and was easy to assembleâclear instructions, and I put it together myself without any issues.Bonusâor maybe not a bonusâmy dog loves it too. I came home from work to find him snoozing in it, so now I make sure to push it in or Iâll lose my spot!

Perfect chair, Cylinder issues
I LOVE this chair! It’s comfortable for a long day, and the seating options (crisscross, one leg up, sitting sideways, etc.) make me feel more focused when I have to fidget at work. The seat depth is just right for my 5’7″ height. I got it in gray, and the color is perfect for a neutral professional office. The fabric feels durable and comfortable on days when the office is a bit warmer, but isn’t cold to the touch on days when it’s cooler. I’m super sad that the lift cylinder has stopped working on my chair after only 5 months of use. The cylinder has compressed like all the gas is gone, so the chair cannot stay up when lifted. I am “average” weight (less than 175 pounds) so the cylinder issue isn’t related to overuse / use beyond the weight rating. I have submitted a customer support request and am hopeful for a quick response based on the other comments here. If the cylinder can be fixed, this chair will be back to 5 stars!

Great chair, great support.
It’s a very comfortable chair and the company stands behind their product. One of the wheels broke off. I thought that I might need to improvise a repair, but the company sent replacement parts within a few days once I got in touch with them.

Comfy, But Not Durable
After a year the chair isn’t holding up as well as I hoped it would. I have it in the office of my 9-5. White fabric is faded significantly where I sit (no spills or food stains) just from the everyday use. Two of the wheels on the base recently broke and are barely hanging on, I have a hardwood floor and again, it’s been about a year of regular use in an office at a desk, nothing crazy. I like the shape of the chair itself, it’s comfortable, but not really that durable. I don’t think I’d buy it again.
