Tremendous Concert from Australia!!!
After purchasing the BeeGees One Night Only in Las Vegas, I had to purchase this Bluray from Melbourne as well. Although the picture quality is not as good as the Las Vegas show (I would give it a B+) , the sound quality was super and their voices were truly amazing. In addition, this particular concert was from the ONE Tour, so they added a good number of the songs from ONE in addition to all of their spectacular hits. Whether a hardcore BeeGees fan or simply a fan, you’ll enjoy this DVD and reflect on what a tremendous impression they made with their music.

Great concert with improved sound
I have enjoyed this concert since it was released on VHS in 1990 and I must say this is the best presentation yet. John Merchantâs new mix is vastly superior to the original mix. The guitars are powerful and clear, the vocals are bright and the drums sound much more natural than before. Of course, the singers and the songs are pretty good, too.I, like other reviewers, wish we at least had the option of viewing in widescreen, but nonetheless, a very enjoyable experience.

Impeccable Classic Recording!
This recording nearly 30 years old is impeccably recorded, mixed and restored in Blu-Ray format. It is no wonder that Barry Gibb and John Merchant chose this concert to not only be on the Warner Brothers Box Set, but to be released on Blu-Ray. It is all that good. I feel it surpasses One Night Only in quality and that is no mean feat. This footage shows the brothers at play and goofing around which is something you cannot capture on CD. Also, you get more chat between songs than you do on the Warner Brothers CDâs. The screen is not widescreen but slightly less wide. The quality of the video is astounding and you can hear individuals shouting clearly in the audience! It is a great piece of work and history from the Bee Gees. The liner notes written by John Merchant mention that Andy was originally going to be on the ONE album as well as this concert. In 1986, he mentioned that his next single was to be, “It’s My Neighborhood” (a song in this concert). Imagine his three #1 hits added to this concert!?

Great product. Vender sucks.
Great concert but the quality of the vendor selling the product is questionable. The case was broken and the plastic casing looked like it was a used product not a brand new DVD. The plastic casing was loosely covering the DVD. It was like a used product thrown into an aftermarket baggy. Buy it from some other vender. Unfortiunately it seems that Amazon is the Vendor. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Must buy! Great concert!

Great live concert in Melbourne
Great live concert in Melbourne. Very good quality video considering the technology of the day (1989). although, it is not wide screen nor true Blueray quality. The sound quality was also very good but again, not true Blueray quality. Their song selection was excellent. I am not a fan of disco but, the rest of their catalog is genius (IMHO) Truly, there isn’t much to complain about so I will have to reach… When the Eagles played at this venue about 10 years later, the cameras focused alot on the audience. Thus exposing a primarily attractive female audience clearly in celebratory mode. Gave a good feel of the concert atmosphere. This camera crew failed to show the audience at all. Again, this is the only disappointment for me and yet a small one.
