Feels sturdy and of great quality. Shape and size render versatility.
Haven’t used it much yet, but came packaged nicely, and appears as described. I work out regularly, and feel like this is a decent firmness for my abilities.

Blue and stretchy
This is a blue therapy band, and itâs very stretchy. Not as stretchy as red and yellow, not as stretchy as green, but more stretchy than the black and gold bands you can use to do strengthening exercises. It will make you stronger than using green blue or yellow bands, but not as strong as using black or gold bands.

This is not the band that physical therapists use!
I ordered this because it was supposed to be like the black band I got from my physical therapist. It is so much weaker and not what I needed. I compared it to the stretched out black band I already had and there is no comparison. It is impossible to fold up again to put it in the small plastic bag to return it.
