The resistance is there when accurately using these. Appears to hold up well and are durable. Many parts for variety in workouts. With all you get, its a great value. The tension is good and stretches well. Overall, great functionality.

These bands donât last
Iâve used these bands approximately once per week since ordering them in April of 2025. Â Both the 10 & 70 pound bands have snapped. Â I assume the others wonât last much longer. Â I would not buy these again.Â

I’d definitely recommend these as I bought cheaper ones that snapped within weeks because the rubber is folded over and then heat treated. However the connectors on these bands are industrial strength and they’ve been excellent. The clips are good quality too.I’ve had these for a few months now and they’re still in pristine condition. Saying that I don’t use them every day and I’m certainly no bodybuilder.But for doing some home exercises and kettle bell swings (resistance band style) , these are great.Just as a tip: if you go on YouTube and search ‘resistance band exercises’ you’ll get a myriad of excellent routines you can try out.
