Accurate and Easy to Use
This set is sturdy and made with high quality aluminum. They have a very good weight and feel good to the touch. The included case is lined with foam so the gauges stay organized and don’t fall out. The markings are easy to read, and the design makes them versatile for bit depth, blade height and distance of material from table saw or bandsaw blades. Using these is much more accurate than trying to measure with a tape or ruler and gives you an immediate confirmation of accuracy.

Great router table top for the price
Actually a decent top for the price, I built this into an existing stand and it works perfectly. Top is thick and flat, coating is applied well. I used some precision straightedges to level the surface, and once itâs all locked in, itâs an excellent top at an affordable price if you donât need a system to raise and lower the router.

Very good for dialing in table saws and for router table setups.
Very please with this product. Easy to use. I use it mainly to set up router table cuts. Works well for both the cutter height and distance from fence. Long enough to bridge over the plastic inserts in the cutter holes which are often not precisely level with the rest of the table. Ditto for table saws.

Seems to be a decent tool
Bought this set based on reviews I’ve seen. They seem to be accurate when I used a couple of them to rout a couple of dados in my bench to install a couple of T Tracks. Very easy to use and was quite happy overall. My only nit is that when laid flat on the router base they were NOT equal (thickness) to the given measurement of the bar in use. I would have given a 5th star.

Fits a Harbor Freight Hercules router.
I couldn’t find any reviews or information on whether or not this plate would fit a Harbor Freight Hercules fixed/plunge base router. It does. However, I’m using it with the fixed base to allow it to be used with an allen wrench to raise and lower it. I did have to alter the hole in the plate as it was off about 1/8th of an inch. I just used a round file to get enough clearance. I haven’t installed the unit yet as I’m still building the cabinet. Overall, it seems stout and good quality. I do like that it has height adjustment screws. There is no template but I’ll trace around it and measure out how much of a lip to leave by looking at the underside. There’s a reinforcement ridge that runs around the underside about an inch from the edge.

1/16â too small in both dimensions, not solid 3/8â
I ordered this router plate to fit into a cast iron router table, and I was excited about all the pre drilled holes and the removable inserts, but promptly returned it. Two reasons: Firstly, it is about 1/16â too small in both directions and has too much play. Secondly, it is not 3/8 solid aluminum. It is thinner aluminum with ribbing underneath to stiffen it. But the ribbing didnât line up well with the leveling screws in the cast iron base.Â

I measured these bars with my caliper and they are bang on. Good finish. Easy to read. I use them on my table saw, router station all the time now. They are even used on my resaw band saw. Use them for quick accurate measurements
