Bag to end all bags
This bag is everything that they said it would be and more. It does hold a large lunch. It does hold my computer easily with plenty of room for other stuff in the bag. It holds my cord and phone cord. There is plenty of extra room even with all that in there. The only problem that I am having is once everything is in there it is quite heavy. It is bag to end all bags!

Leaves a LOT to be Desired
I love Lovehook Bags. But this bag did not meet my needs. The pictures of the lunch compartment are misleading. The compartment is not rigid and doesnât hold much. Even with a frozen puck it doesnât keep food cold for long. If you take a lunch worth eating⦠you have no room in the bag for anything except a laptop. And to get the lunch items in the lunch compartment you have to turn the bag on its side and manhandle everything to get it in and zipped. Loved the idea here, but the execution was poor.

Ever since I recently discovered Lovevook tote bags, Iâve been obsessed. Not only are they extremely cute, but they have well-thought-out designs and exceptional quality too. This tote bag with an insulated lunch compartment is no exception. First of all, the fact that it is both a tote bag and lunch box in one is so convenient. It takes the need for two bags and puts it all into one beautiful tote bag. This tote bag is a lot more spacious than I thought it would be, with a ton of pockets for organization. On the outside front, there is a smaller zippered pocket in the very front with a bigger one behind that one. Then there is a zippered compartment with a zipper mesh pocket on one side and then a big slip pocket with two smaller slip pockets that has two elastic bands above each one on the other side. On either side of the tote bag, there are drink pockets that are both expandable with an elastic band. One of the drink pockets has a slide hook closure on an elastic strap that allows you to easily fit a 40oz Stanley with a handle. The lunch compartment is on the back of the bag as well as a trolley sleeve, making traveling with this bag easy. The lunch compartment has decently thick insulation and is pretty big in size going about halfway up the bag and as long as the tote. Inside the lunch compartment, it is big enough to fit two meal prep containers, some snacks, and a drink with more room to spare. On the inside of the main compartment, there is velcro allowing the lunch compartment to either expand or condense in size. When fully expanded, it does take up most of the room in the tote bag, though, which is the only downside to this bag. Inside the main compartment, there is a padded laptop pocket with an elastic Velcro strap that fits my 15-inch MacBook with room to spare on one side, and on the other is a big zippered pocket. If the lunch compartment is fully opened, then you only have room for a few notebooks or a few essentials like a wallet, keys, lotion, etc. If you have the lunch compartment closed fully, then there is enough room to fit everything you could need and then some. The inside material is waterproof, making it easy to clean. There are nice thick leather handles that are durable with reinforced stitching and gold rings so they will not rip when carrying the bag. This tote bag also comes with an adjustable strong nylon webbing shoulder strap that has a shoulder pad on it as well. Both the strap and the heavy-duty swivel lobster claw clasps add to the durability when carrying the bag. Overall, itâs a really well-made tote bag that is both stylish and reliable and will last for years. The purple color is a beautiful violet-magenta color that goes perfectly with the black and the gold hardware. Plus, it also comes with a detachable leather bow keychain that elevates the design of the tote bag. In my opinion, the current price, not on sale, of $89.99 is a little high for a tote bag, but the quality is more than worth it. Not to mention the fact that it combines the need for two bags into one. Iâm really happy with this tote bag and would 100% recommend it.

Less of a Structured Shape than Expected / Very Nice Bag
When I chose this bag from Lovevook, there were limited photos. The photos in this listing are still a bit confusing to me. The first couple of photos are of the back side of the bag. The back side has a zipper that matches the color of the bag and gives access to an open area to be used as a non insulated lunch cooler. The front side has a contrast gold tone zipper with access to a brief bag style area for pencils, pens and other office accessories. The long wide flap that folds outwards includes a mesh net zipper area on the interior of the pocket and two exterior pockets. This flap is easy to locate based on the V contrast stitching.There is one photo that is still confusing to me as I donât see any part of my bag that matches. The photo I am referring to makes the edges of the bag look like they are flat and square, almost making a V on the vertical sides of the bag. This made the bag look structured and that it would look dressy for a briefcase. Instead the bag is rounded and the shape is soft and is slouchy without a frame or product inside to add structure.The side pockets have water bottle storage with wide elastic. One side has a gold hook style embellishment that can be unhooked as shown in the video attached to the listing at the time of this review. The other water bottle pocket is wide elastic partially covered with the fabric of the bag.Inside, there is a pocket that is typical of a lap top bag with the Velcro band to hold it against the side of the bag. The opposite side of the bag’s interior looks like another laptop pocket but instead is a flap that is held closed by the Velcro band. When open = this gives the lunch bag storage ( accessed from the back of the bag ) into more of a square space. The only negative I see in these two featuresâ¦the lunch area is water resistant fabric/ lining but is not insulated other than by the exterior of the quilted bag. The Velcro that opens this flap has the typical rough style Velcro and the rough toothed area moves into the center of the bag once opened. It does not have anything to cover it when it is unhooked. A simple tab that could cover this rough surface would keep the Velcro from rubbing against a high quality leather wallet, snagging a nice scarf or grabbing a plush wool glove creating pulls and fuzzy spots.There are vinyl handles and several areas where vinyl is added – seeming to create contrast but the areas are actually not discernible. I prefer that my bags have no vinyl since long term, fabric does not get snags where the surface is removed or peel when exposed to heat, chemicals or by a number of years in storage or use.I like this bag, I had hoped it would be more rigid and structured. Adding a brief bag frame will be the only way to give the bag a firm shape. Without the structure, the bag feels more like an airline carryon than a brief bag or oversized purse.These details make it sound like I donât like the bag. Quite the opposite, I do like the quality and the bag. It will not work for the purpose I had in mind when I ordered.I hope my thoughts and photos help someone.
