Very good quality portable power bank charger. Iâve used mine several times now. It takes a little bit to charge it completely. It holds a good charge, can charge phone a bit more than once. Compatible with Lightning plug. It does get a bit warm.

First I bought this Anker power bank for myself, I love it because it is small, very light, no cord, just plug in and the power is enough for a day. Because Iâm very happy with it, my son and his friend each bought too.After using almost daily for over a year, it stopped working. I ordered another one right away because I could not find anything better. It came the next day, very impressive!!In the meantime, I claimed defective with the non-working one. Luckily it is still under warranty,. In a few days , after claiming the defect one, Anker sent me the replacement. Very fast!!It is essential for me to carry this Anker power bank everyday. So I will keep the new one I ordered and the replacement as a backup too.

Great functionality but Questionable Durability
I have always stood by Anker. Have two other power banks that throughout the last 4 years saved my butt while out camping. Naturally, I bought this one for my girlfriend who bc of work often runs out of battery and does not have access to a power outlet. She loved the size and color and having the extra battery available. Functionality is top tier as when plugged into the phone you can barely feel the weight and size and will fully charge her phone. However, after 5 months, it just stopped working. Just like other reviews mentioned it. It is fully charged but does not charge a phone anymore. I suspect it must be related to the charging port having to rotate to operate instead of being fixed. Anyways, I would’ve given it 5 stars if it wasn’t because the Durability was definitely not up to par. Hopefully, it is just a product problem and not a brand quality problem.

Do not drop your phone
I loved it- the size, how portable it is, how light it is, how easy it is to use, the fast charge, and it was working out very well, until one day when I accidentally dropped my phone while using the power bank. Big design flaw with the AC plug piece. It broke off and the piece couldnât properly close back up. The AC plug still worked, but after plugging it and unplugging it twice, the piece came off of the band, and now the power bank is totally useless. Anker has limited warranty on their products, and I contacted them to try and get a replacement or fix, but this situation is not covered. Itâs a shame that I had it for 9 months and that happened. Iâm basically throwing away a like-new product as Iâve only used it about 10 times.

Makes keeping an iPod worthwhile in your pocket to play music
This is perfect for my iPod because its battery gets weak very fast since itâs obviously much smaller than an iPhone battery. So I use this small device that attaches to the iPod base. Then I can even put it in my pocket and I canât feel any significant weight Since itâs a very light battery. But it does extend the light substantially greater.

Great product! Perfect for travel!
I purchased this product two weeks ago for an upcoming vacation. The battery works great although I will say it is on the heaver side. It won’t fall out when you hold up your phone but I do often put my hand under it to give it more support. It charges the phone very quickly and is great when you’re on the go. It’s also compact!

Defective but resolved
I didnât think I was gonna leave a five star because my charger bank was defective (the iPhone piece broke off.. but I contacted the actual company and gave them my invoice and a picture of the broken bank and they are now sending me a replacement within 3 to 5 business days. The company is very efficient and helpful. If you have a problem like me, contact them. Thank you Anker company! The charging bank was wonderful while it lasted.. It charged up to almost 100% for me.

Quits working like clockwork
Update : company stands by their product and provided wonderful customer service . They offered to make it right and I appreciate that.Original review :I love how compact it is and that the lights arenât too bright when using . With that being said , I have to buy one about every 3 months and have been doing so for the last 2 years but I am not doing it any longer . After about 3 months of use , it will stop holding its charge . Last one I bought was in June 2025 and it quit working last night. As much as I love it , I refuse to order another one .

Doesn’t take long to charge the power bank (requires a USB-C cable to charge the power bank, despite the power bank being compatible with charging devices that require a lightning cable). Depending on if you’re using your device while charging, the power bank sometimes runs out of charge quickly, but usually it’s okay. It’s easy to see how much charge is left (click the round button on the left side of the power bank and it will light up on the front – 4 lights being fully charged). It doesn’t overheat, it’s very handy as it’s nice and small so great for using when out and about. Good value for money, especially as it’s Anker (a well known tech brand).
