Can’t tell you much about this except that they sent me a product with a European plug which is useless since I live in the U.S. I’ll be returning it.

Bad idea
I bought this to replace my Spectrum router so I wouldn’t have to pay Spectrum $10/month. Bad idea. It took two weeks for the router to get here, and they sent me the European model with the wrong power adapter. I was able to power up the unit anyway with my own 12v power adapter- and the Wifi password included with the unit didn’t work. Would not connect. Sending it back, not happy.

Euro power supply fail
Came with a 220V two round pin Euro power adapter, and a white-colored (different than all the other stuff which is black) “travel adapter” for USA 120V. The 220V power plug wouldn’t stay put in the travel adapter, and even if I held it just-so, the router would only power up for a split second. Possible the power adapter is defective; it certainly has the look of cheap garbage. I don’t have another & I’m not going to the hassle & expense of finding one only to miss the return window.
