This is SO cool!
So, the insulation is exactly what you think it is. The typical silver lunch bag lining. But here’s the thing, you can carry everything you need for the day in one bag. If you have a lot of cold items or you want to use ice packs, there is a flap in front of the laptop compartment that velcros to the inside lining about 3-4 inches down from the top giving you bag space above the cold area that is distinctly separate. The padding for the laptop area is thick enough to where I’m comfortable with the idea of using ice packs in the lunch compartment while carrying a laptop. I do recommend not to put them flush against the back wall of the compartment though out of an abundance of caution.The side pockets have elastic around the top to help keep water bottles secure which is always a nice feature to have. There are multiple little pockets on the interior lining. The standard stuff. A money pocket, pen slots, and a couple of small slip pockets for little things. You can’t quite get a mouse in one, but you could always put that in the main compartment or a side pocket. There’s another big flat pocket on the back of the bag you could get a notebook or two into or some folders, etc. That one snaps closed, so you don’t want anything too small floating around in there.The handles are all secured well and the hardware is decent. The shoulder strap hardware is sturdy enough for a bag of this capacity (you never know in this price range) and the carrying handles are both sturdy and securely attached. The little key clip is pretty cool too. The key ring is attached to a plastic buckle. You unclip it and attach one side of the buckle to your key ring, and when you use the bag, you simply snap your keys into place.Most of my laptop bags cost at least twice as much as this one and honestly, I like this better than some of those. What you lack in interior pockets, it more than makes up for in depth and durability. You genuinely could fit a 12 pack of canned drinks into this thing along with just about everything you could possibly need for the day without it looking overwhelmingly bulky and it is constructed to handle that kind of load. Now, there will never be a day where I truly want to carry a 12 pack of drinks in my laptop bag, but it’s nice to know that I have the space to do so and don’t have to worry about the bag falling apart under the weight of whatever I do decide to carry. 10/10

It’s HUGE!. What I was hoping for would be about half this size. I don’t know how to reach the people that make it but please make a small version? I have a 13″ tablet but still want a bag that will carry my lunch too. There are zero options out there. I love the bag, the concept but really need a smaller size. This one is so big it would fit my old 17″ laptop. My dream bag is this high quality design with all the functions and light weight of your bag. Please make a small one for us too!
