I love audio and usually pretty picky about sound
I’m a AV tech, and got this to replace my old portable PA. I love audio and usually pretty picky about sound. This works great for events such as bday party’s, small functions, etc. It is capable of loud sound, has decent bass, but is not so much of surround sounding audio. It has a few settings for audio eq, pop/jazz/rock/etc. It comes with a wireless mic, not the greatest but definitely works good. I have a higher end mic that works nicely and further away no feedback. The speaker is very cool looking and has lights that change with beats/ vocals, and you can turn off separately if you don’t wish to see. Also comes with a mini remote, always handy. It has 2 additional mic/ guitar inputs, and a stereo mini input. I was kinda bummed it doesn’t have any audio outputs, but it is portable take anywhere set up a party fun. Good price, and it’s Pyle! Good line of audio components come from them. I really haven’t had any issues, have used with a guitar and mic, just haven’t tried the recording part yet!? Extra bonus of this item.. listen to the music you make or karaoke night that was fun. I’ll be using this for a Boy scout derby race event this month!

Totally in love with this machine. Looked for one with decent watts and this one fits the bill. Also love the fact that it has radio and PA abilities and extended battery life if not plugged into a wall outlet and bluetooth to play songs right from a cell phone. I traveled to several outlet stores looking at various machines, but none compared in price and quality features to this Pyle machine. Also was delivered in record time to my doorstep. Super impressed by using Amazon as well.As a side note,,,, I purchased this karaoke machine for my friend when her own very small karaoke machine stopped working. My friend is homeless and I saw the happiness she obtains from singing along to songs. It makes her happy to sing and people have been helping her monetarily as a result, by understanding her plight of needing to generate an income.The microphone seemed a bit tricky to catch my voice, as I am not used to singing in a mic, but she does just fine with the mic. In fact, the pickup distance from the machine to the mic was impressive to me.

Great Karoake speaker!
Ordered this for my daughter as a karoake speaker. Music sound quality is great, however the microphone sound quality is tinny and very high end. Overall though, this machine provides a lot of fun, all you need to do is connect your phone/tablet to the speaker and do a quick internet search for your favorite Karaoke track and sing your heart out. Great value for the price. She loves the lights!

I have owned this for over a year; taken it to the beach, friends houses, and is still working like the day I received it. I would buy again, (probably will for a gift), and highly recommend.Update- I have now owned this for over three years and it still works great! I have taken it to the beaches here in Florida, and love the way it rolls like a suitcase. No problems with battery life or sound. Plenty loud for an outside party, and the rhythm lights are still working too. I would absolutely buy again and recommend.

Nice unit but with defects
I bought this speaker as used but like new. Don’t get me wrong the speaker was very nice and loud and I really liked the lights also. My issue came as me and my wife wanted to listen to a little jazz but at a low setting for the volume. I don’t know if the unit was just defective or not but the sub woofer just kept cutting off and wouldn’t play unless we played with the volume by turning it up and down. I was going to reorder it but I didn’t because I just don’t know if this is an issue with all the units having this problem or will have this problem somewhere down the line.

Battery life only 4 hrs
Sound is pretty good, not a lot of bass but not terrible. The size is reasonable and fairly light and easy to wheel and lift around. Battery life sucks. I took to a park and speaker barely lasted 4 hrs before dying.

Worked great for crowd of 50 outdoors
I bought this for my wife’s 50th birthday luau party – outside, we have a very large yard.It was used it as a blue tooth speaker all day with no issues. Very clear and you could hear the sound at far distances.The unit worked better than expected. The wireless mic was not as good.As the day went on we used the microphone for contest and prizes and a small “roast.”I ended up using a better quality corded mic with awesome results. The wireless one that comes with was faint and you had to place it directly to your lips for any amount of volume. It may be designed for karaoke and not speeches.This is a fantastic unit – but please allow the unit to charge for 24 hrs before using.The battery lasted 10 hrs for us at almost full volume before I had to plug in charger.
